I am using this store because it is the closest one to my house that makes compounds drug whenever you need it. The pharmacy staff is horrible, zero customer service. What is worst «if you need a refill they won’t do any follow up with your doctor»; so if you cannot reach your doctor you might wait days before you get your refill. And guess what, according to one of their pharmacist «they won’t give any emergency supply to a customer no matter how vital the medicine is if it is a fluid «COST EFFICIENCY he told me this is a Walgreens Policy. That is a weird policy from a big Pharmacy like Walgreens!

This is my absolute favorite Walgreens. The staff is so friendly and takes the time to chit chat with every customer without sacrificing speed. Pharmacy is perfect.
This place always has the newest snacks on the market and great sales too.

Excellent pharmacy staff who deal well with their demanding clientele. They’re patient & take the time to help customers with what they need, including listening to their rants. The rest of the store has OK merchandise and is expensive, but sufficient when in a pinch.

All the Walgreens are set up the same. The only difference that stands out is cleanliness and customer service.
This Walgreen’s isn’t the cleanest of those I’ve been to but the cashiers here are super friendly. I come here all the time during lunch time now and when I need to get away from work.

The pharmacy at this walgreens is excellent. The staff is efficient and friendly… which is remarkable considering pharmacists and pharmacy techs are usually dealing with stressed and difficult customers. I recommend this Walgreens if you going for the pharmacy more than the convenience store.

The store is convenient to my office and has a surprising amount of junk food.
The drink selection isn’t the greatest though.
The staff is not the greatest and could use a little lesson on eye contact.
I hate when stores use automated change machines.

This is the closest drugstore to my home and it also doubles as my convenience store since it is open late. It has a good layout and good employees. Good selection of necessities.

Of all the drug stores in Brookline, this is the one I go too! The staff is super friendly, the lines for check out are quick and the pharmacy department is very reliable and knows their stuff.
The store is clean, well light, plenty of parking and everything one would expect from a chain drug store. The only drawback is that they are not open 24 hours but that has more to do with the town than the store itself.
