Well, he’s not borderline autistic, like many surgeons are when they interact with patients who aren’t unconscious. He’s actually pretty good at taking the time to explain what’s going on and making you feel like you are worth his time.
But he made a serious mistake in the medical chart of my spouse, and it took way more advocating than it should have to correct it.
Moreover, he gets an F in hiring — his office staff are downright INCOMPETENT and CLUELESS. They talk loudly about private patient information across a crowded waiting room, it does not occur to them to tell patients when he is running 45 minutes late, and they repeatedly referred to me as my spouse’s «friend» even though she repeatedly told them I was her spouse.
