Rick Karp – Red Tree Real Estate

This was my first time searching for apartments and I was naïve to the whole process and how competitive the market was. Thankfully Rick guided us through the whole process quickly which allowed us to get the apartment we wanted. There were a few others who wanted the same apartment so we had to file everything the same day or else it will be gone the next day. The next day we were told we got the lease and Rick was very detailed on how to sign it via the docusign site. He told us what to expect coming up and answered all of our inquiries in detail. Also we appreciate that he biked around Cambridge in 96 degree weather to meet us at the destinations and showings. We will definitely rent with Rick next time as well!

I had a great experience with Rick. He is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I moved from the South Shore area to be closer to work and needless to say searching for an apartment in an unfamiliar area is not easy.
Rick knows everything about the area and I was happy to rely on his knowledge to find me an apartment that had almost everything on my wish list. He got me into a place that is literally one block from Davis Square/​T Station. The place is brand new and I could not be happier with the situation.
