I called now, about a laptop I have which has unfortunately became infected with some malicious malware. The guy on the phone(Paul, I believe) was very courteous and helpful. He ran some checks with me on the phone, and went with me over the various options I can take in order to deal with it myself. We spent about 15 minutes on the phone, and he never gave me the sense that I was wasting his time, nor did he put any pressure to bring the laptop over to the lab. When I asked about that option he proposed fair pricing as well. While I haven’t paid for the service, I still thought I’d share this experience here. If I do decide that I need a technician, I’ll go there.

My laptop was drowning in malware! Help! It was unusable(as**olé*s) I contacted PC Nerds. I dropped it off at their office the next day, a Saturday, and Paul returned it dropping it off at my home on Monday. He removed the malware, cleaned it up and tweaked it. It works like a dream now. Paul offered out that I should call if there are any questions and that there would be no charge(anything within reason). I did call, he promptly returned my call, answered my question and made an adjustment. I will definitely use their service again. Thanks Paul!

We had a hard drive fail on us Monday. Took it to Paul on Tuesday. Had all of our data back on Thursday. Paul was extremely fair with pricing and provided exceptional service. Don’t hesitate to work with him and the team at PC Nerds.

Wow. I called Paul after my work computer completely shut down. It was the sort of ‘shit the bed! that makes an atheist believe in god… Paul was calm, organized and reliable. He came the next day after my call. We have a confined space with a lot of animals running around and Paul handled it all with ease. Hire him!!!
