I’d basically rather dig a ditch than look for apartments in Boston, and Alex was super helpful in helping us find a place. I worked with him when a former roommate and I were looking around Brookline and Fenway and it ended up not being a great fit. I got back in touch with him when my two current roommates and I started looking into Southie. We found our place on the second stop and started signing papers the next day. I have a dog and a car and we all have to commute and he found us a place that not only accommodated those needs, but has gorgeous interior features like an updated kitchen, exposed brick, and vaulted ceilings. We’re really happy with our home and glad he had such great taste.

After working with Alex this year to purchase our first home, I would highly recommend him to others in the Boston area, both purchasing and renting. He really listened to us and was extremely helpful in figuring out what our actual «needs» were. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to location and comparable properties which really helped us feel comfortable, and ultimately very excited, with our investment. He was always available and extremely responsive to help make this overwhelming process much more manageable. Alex helped us find a home, visit it twice, and get an offer submitted all within the week. Alex has been managing my rental property since 2010 when I moved from MA to FL. Since 2010 I did not have a single day when my property was not rented out. He takes extra care in finding quality tenants who keep the property in great condition. Whenever a maintenance issue arouse Alex always found time to address it.
