Allstate Insurance: Kevin McCarthy

I got insurance through Kevin Mccarthy– Allstate auto insurance. I found Kevin to be very non-​responsive to my needs and calls (awful about call backs!). I had a car accident a few months ago– my car was totaled by a motorcycle ion a wet road, and Allstate just dropped me! I guess I was costing them too much. No tickets, ever, but an accident that I am still being treated for, mainly neck pain and headaches. All Kevin sent me was info on E-​Health! Thanks a lot! No reasons why I got dropped, and no «sorry»; just a useless bit of info I can get from any agent. Which won’t be Kevin, and if you’ve had any issues with Allstate, please share it online! You are most certainly NOT «in good hands». The hands that take your cash, but drop you if you cost too much. It makes me angry and pretty disturbed by our sorry insurance system.
