I’ve only had their pizzas so far and I find it very unique. I got to meet Rocco and he actually showed me how he prepares and cooks his pizzas. Definitely a man with the passion for his art. You know that you are having pizza at Rocco’s when you take your first bite all the way to the finish. Definitely recommended if you are in the area or would like to try something better than what you are normally eating at your local pizza shop.

Rather disappointed. This is my first time here and hoped it would be a great experience. Unfortunately, service was slow, the eggplant roll ups were breaded with something that gave them the texture of wet cardboard. They said they ran out of decaf coffee! How do yo let that happen? Overall I would have to give this establishment two silver forks out of a posible 5 golden forks.

Really has gone down in quality since the closing and reopening last November 2013. The new restaurant(Hot Stone) is his real focus now. I would not recommend anything anymore. The Chicken alla Rocco use to be a really tasty dish, however I don’t know if the chef left because of the closing last year, but it is not the same. The pizza is okay but the crust taste like cardboard. Again could be a chef issue. Don’t waste time and money.

I’ve never been inside, but we always order Italian takeout or delivery from them. They have a timely response for delivery(I’m sure it helps I’m ½ mile away) and takeout is always ready. Their mozzarella sticks and eggplant parm grinder are really good. Great prices too.

Absolutely love this restaurant. Chicken Parmigiana is by far my favorite out of any I have tried. I have tried quite a bit of chicken parms in my lifetime, it is my favorite dish. Their pizza is also amazing. As a tip, if you are looking for a dessert I highly recommend getting a canoli with a cappuccino. You will not be disappointed.

This is a gem of an Italian restaraunt near the 4 Corners in Brookfield! It is a total«mom n pop» operation that features a cozy, intimate dining room that never gets crazily packed. The food is excellent, with their fra diabolo sauce to die for. The service is much more friendly and personable than average. The food is so much better than you would expect, given that the place rarely gets packed and the casual atmosphere. Every time I have been here, the food has been served with true home made quality with very generous portions! Priced much better than cookie cutter chains such as Olive Garden and Brio. A true underrated gem of Brookfield!

Great authentic Italian food — and FREE delivery to Brookfield! Home run chicken parm and the salad with the house dressing is great. Nice pasta and pizza selection and you can dine in as well. Close to the four corners, this place is a real treat.

I might order out or eat here again if I wanted a quick, cheap meal of pasta or pizza. But I wouldn’t call this a date-night or classy meal. I’ve paid less for martinis in New York City, and mine was mostly mixer. My wife’s glass of wine was stale. I had the Chicken Fra Diavolo and expected a rich and spicy dish — mine was smothered in cheese and spinach with no spice at all to scare the timid. It reminded me of Chili’s Monterey Chicken — meh. On the plus side, service is almost always fast and it’s easy to get a table. Four Corners used to have a lot of street traffic, but the Super 7 Extension routed a lot away. Now Four Corners is actually a nice little area, not exactly a walking district but quiet and you can reliably get a table. If you’re looking for a foodie experience, this is not it. But the food was GOOD, don’t get me wrong. It’s always been like that — it’s cooked pretty much the way you’d make it at home. Not exciting, but you know you’re going to eat it, and the leftovers will be fine. If only the martinis weren’t $ 8.50. What is that about?

Great for Pizza. One of the better pizza places in all of CT. Nice thin, crispy crusts. Eating inside isn’t all too spectacular. Descent ambiance, but could use improvement. This is however, take out at it’s best(for pizza), most of the other dishes are sub-par.

In my tenured pizza-opine, This place has been in the past, and is now again, home to the best Pizza pie in town Im not talking about specialty slice or gourmet BS– Im judging on the regular, plain, cheese or whatever you wanna call it, pizza. Roccos has been around for over 20, maybe closer to 30 years– I have been going there for most of them including before they expanded into the new nice décor area that used to house an auto parts shop. Being basically two seperate restaurants in 1– ill explain when to sit where… overall, if you are from the east side of the Still River– sit in the newer, more expensive/expansive section– this will entitle you to more aesthetic dishes — but will also cost you more– ALSO, it will allow you to eat the Roccos more gourmet style pizza– which is undoubtedly better if you like special toppings, but cheese pies of this nature usually come out far too oily and fall apart easily. NOW, being from Candlewood Shores… Or anywhere from the lay side of town(west of the Still River) — sit in the older area of the restaurant, Ah yes, the area that still housed a cigarette machine until just a few short years ago– the area that still welcomes the steel pizza Podium in the middle of the table getting in everyones way– but this pizza is for some reason Far superior to the former, especially if you are like me and appreciate the simplistic beauty of the regular slice. Also, unlike some other Italian cuisine restaurants in the area, this one is owned by Italians– which always helps.

Good food and good service. First time there. The fried calamari was good. The shrimp fra diablo was good. The desert was AWESOME! I had the Exotic Bomba. I would go again.

I used Unilocal to help me find this place when we moved to Brookfield. Of all of the pizza places we have tried, this one is by far the best. When ordering pizza I usually opt for a plain pizza pie, but here they put the pepperoni under the cheese. Aside from being delicious, there is no greasy mess and the pepperoni doesn’t move around. I was there tonight with family and had the salmon gorgonzola and a coffee and cannoli for desert. Everything was delicious, but the cannoli was one of the best I ever had. I cannot say enough about this place. It’s our go to place for reliably great food. The restaurant is a nice relaxing atmosphere and the service is always good.

I love Rocco’s! Frequented when living in Danbury, CT. Bread was yummy. Probably had most of the chicken dishes, love the vodka penne. Their pizza is very good too. A few years back they did a make over, thought the Roman theme was a little overboard — even comical. My favorite spot in the restaurant is of course, next to the fireplace. Service is very good, typically quick and accurate. Can’t wait to see you folks again
