Nicole did a fantastic job cutting my two year old’s hair. In addition to being very friendly, Nicole allowed my daughter to sit on my lap during the haircut. My toddler’s anxiety was relieved and the owner gave her lollipops at the end of her cut!
As for me, I asked for a cut with angles around my face. Brittany did a beautiful job with my hair! My hair was sleek, stylish and framed my face. A fabulous new look!

The most unwelcoming and unpleasant experience I have had so far. I came for a trim for my side bangs and I didn’t get one although I was charged 10 $ for nothing. If you’re brown, stay away from this place.

I had my eyebrows waxed, as well as a manicure and pedicure, and while I wish I could say I was highly impressed, I’m not the woman who offered the service was lovely, but I’m not sure how experienced she was. Firstly, I felt very rushed. I didn’t get much of a massage, let alone exfoliation. I have huge chunks of dead skin left on my toes and heels. I was getting my nails done for vacation, but I had to go elsewhere to have the job done again because it was done so poorly. My manicure is another story. My nails were scuffed and not rounded evenly, and my cuticles looked just as ragged as when I came. I left $ 65 poorer and with a job I could have done at home.
Lovely people, but I won’t return.

I had my hair trimmed here for the first time a couple weeks ago. I worked with Nicole who was available right away for the appointment we set. I expressed my concern for my debilitating dry scalp and she suggested a scalp scrub. The scalp scrub was so relaxing and she scrubbed for much longer than she was supposed to, to make sure she got every bit! She washed my hair when we were done and then we moved back to the chair for a trim. She suggested long layers and an angle in the front which I typically shy away from but I took her advice and let her cut it how she thought would look best. I LOVE my new cut! She styled it when she was done with big Hollywood curls which lasted for days. The salon is a little expensive but I was so pleased with my experience that I can’t wait to go back!

First time at this place and I love it! Brittany did my hair and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be returning soon.

I called Eurolux and was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful attedant, prior to calling i had viewed their web page to search if the services i was interested in were available, specifically waxing, I had some sparse hairs on my shoulders and at the top of my back just between the shoulder blades that I wanted to experience having removed, I am not typically one to seek anything of this sort, but I was feeling spontaneous. The website detailed a service «Neck /​Shoulders $ 25.00», this seemed perfect, just what I was looking for.
When the attendant answered the phone I explained that I had never experienced a treatment of this sort, as well as that I had never been to the establishment or any of the sort. I asked some questions that may have been overly simple or should have been evident, such as if an appointment was needed or if I can just walk in and request the services, she answered all of my questions clearly and I was convinced that I was comfortable booking an appointment. I had placed the call at around 1:00Pm and she told me there was an available session at 2:30PM, so i accepted. I had scheduled a waxing treatment for neck and shoulders at 2:30PM.
When i arrived at the business the same young woman greeted me and looked up my booking, she acknowledged that i had requested a waxing service on neck and shoulders, escorted me to the seating/​waiting area, and gave me an idea of how long i would wait, I asked if there was a public restroom so i could wash my hands, at this point i had seen enough of the facility to tell that it was well kept, clean and everyone seemed happy, it didnt feel like a gossipy salon but a professional establishment.
I returned to the waiting area and took a seat, a woman approached me with a heavy accent, speaking somewhat unclearly at me. She had asked me if i was the wax client and what services i was getting, she then told me she was confused and thought her next client was a woman for an eyebrow wax. Its possible that i somehow skipped a line, though i am compelled to believe that the information was not communicated correctly, i was guided to a treatment room and asked to lie on a table, this room was a little less cleanly, hair and debris scattered on the floor, and the bed was only drapped with a towel, the sheets remaining likely between sessions. I was hoping for some sort of conversation introducing what to expect, and to be able to show her what areas i actually wanted specifically, which would have been the opporotunity for discussion of cost or what «neck» or «shoulders» actually meant. This did not happen, i lied down and she immediately began spreading wax on my back, when just moments earlier i stated that i was looking for neck and shoulders and she repeated, «yes, neck and shoulder». I assumed this was just normal as i had never had the treatment previously and didnt know what to expect, however immediately i was stuck with the thought of how they might try to charge me for a service i had not asked for. The session continued, she worked up the right side of my back, to my shoulder, only removing hair from the top of the trapezius area beside the neck, as opposed to what i actually percieve as my shoulder, what you might expect to be the area covered if you were wearing shoulder pads, generally the deltoid area. She then continued and did the base of my neck and continued to the left trap/​shoulder area, again ignoring the outer shoulder, she then continued down the left side of my back. Shortly after she began rubbing some oil on my back and then wiping it with a warm moistened towel, she said i was all done.
I sat up and explained to her that i had originally pointed out the hair on my shoulders to be the hair on the deltoid, or what they consider upper arm, I wont argue that yes, the deltoid is your upper arm, however i dont think many would argue that it is also your shoulder. She complied and removed the hair from this area on my request and followed with a similar oil/​towel treatment. I was satisfied though i was nervous as to what to expect when getting to the reception desk.
The woman left the room and I put my shirt back on and exited to return to the desk to pay. I entered expecting the treatment to cost as listed on the website «Neck /​Shoulders: $ 25.00» I figured i would be paying $ 25.00 and a nice tip maybe $ 35.00 total. The attendant says, «okay that will be, mm $ 95.00» an i tell her that, that cant be right.
She explains to me that although it may appear to be $ 25 for neck and shoulders, it is in fact supposed to be interpreted as neck «OR» shoulders, as such the cost for both would be $ 50, she then told me i also got my back done which would be another $ 65 and a half arm for $ 35.
I told them i had not asked for the back service and did not want to pay for it. I was also upset that they added $ 35 for what should have been part of shoulders.
In summary, the pricing scheme is unclear and i felt robbed. Good Service, Bad Business

I came in here today with a Groupon that I had purchased. I needed a major change to my hair and fast! They set me up with Brittany, and I must say it was such a great experience. She really knows what she is doing, and cuts hair with ease and confidence. She helped guide me in styling my hair, based on my type of hair. Even though I’m moving to the Bronx, I’ll definitely make the trip to get my hair cut here from now on!

Just had the best cut by Patty. Was so nice and took her time to make sure it was perfect. Love it! Will be back

I have had a few hot stone massages from Zoya. She is wonderful! She makes me feel so relaxed. The staff in general are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I hate is when Zoya is done working her magic. Can’t wait to go back.

I went to Eurolux this past Saturday and loved it! I had a great haircut by Lauren, the owner and enjoyed the whole experience! I will be back!

I have gone here multiple times and Dave at the front desk makes you feel so welcome. Offering to take your coat the moment you walk and then offers you all types of beverages. I go back and see Zoya every time her massages are fantastic and she listens to everything you say. The place is very clean and comfortable.

Great place. Amy is the best stylist and listens to requests to cater to customer needs. Dave at the front desk is amazing… all staff work together to give the client a superb customer experience.

I had a manicure done by Maria. Not only did she do a beautiful job, the manicure has lasted for almost 2 weeks. (This is a standard non gel manicure). The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Great experience here. Tea, snacks, great service, great haircut. Patty was great at listening to what I wanted and one of the other team members, Dave was very kind. Not too stuffy — a good solid middle range place! I’ll be back!

It could have just been the stylist that I saw that was awful which is why I did 2 stars instead of 1. When she was washing my hair she did not even try to keep the water out of my ears. While cutting my hair she repeatedly scratched me with the comb or her nails and yanked my earring a few times (more then any other hair stylist has) and did not even acknowledge it. In fact she barely said 2 words to me the entire time. I am in between a pixie and a bob so once she dried my hair I asked her if she could tapper the back, she then look chunks of my hair and just chopped at it with scissors. It not blended at all its actually unevenly dense. It seemed like she was just putting in no effort what so ever, that I didn’t even ask her to fix it. I was very unhappy with my experience at this salon.

Great hair cut by Brittany, very friendly, great personality. Love the services available, coming back for a massage and sauna next week, and maybe a facial.

I was in town for a wedding and the staff at Eurolux Salon went out of their way to squeeze my daughter and me in for hair appointments. My hair is long and curly and tends to be frizzy in bad weather. It was pouring rain and the owner spent extra time making sure my hair looked great before I left. She even gave me pointers on treatments and color options that I may want to talk to my regular stylist about once I am back home.

Where to begin? Zoya was fantastic! Best massage ever & exactly what I needed the day before my wedding.
Britney has done my hair for a while now & she always exceeds my expectations. Love this place!!!
