Food good, the Mexican waiter was good. The fat lazy white chick messed up for me. I go to restaurants to be served. Not to serve myself. Next time, pour my beer in the glass, especially when your co worker does so. Also, my card was not declined. You didn’t swipe it right and that’s even more annoying.

Yolanda’s is a top notch restaurant. The costumer service is probably the best I’ve ever experience, one waitress that can handle various tables in a promptly manner. The buss boy is on point, constantly refilling everyone’s glasses of water. To top it all off, I’m not a pasta/Italian food enthusiast but the pasta from this place is amazing !!! 5 stars all the way !! Love everything about this clean-friendly place !

Me and my husband went out to get pizza, we usually get it from kennedys but it was late and they were out of pizza so the next closest place was yolondas. It seemed over priced 2.50 per slice.(You can get better pizza for 1 $ down the road) We got home after buying 2 slices and the bottom was burnt and the pizza smelled weird. I tried one bite and couldnt eat anymore. It was AWFUL. I felt so bad because my husband didnt want to waste his money so he ate the cheese off it but couldnt finish because it was so gross. I wouldnt recomend this place at all!

Ordered a chicken capriciosa with a side of broccoli. BESTTHINGEVER!!! $ 8.95 from the lunch menu. Great service. The food came out really quick, and while we waited they served bread to us. It’s a bit on the pricey side compared to food around here.

I was recently at the court house in this area and stopped in for lunch. Old school, but food was good. The portions were large and the prices were pretty cheap. Service was on the money, our waitress was excellent. Excellent Tiramisu!

My passionate love affair continues… for FOOD, who else? Takeout for party of two for one entrée of Linguine with white clam sauce at $ 14.45 and Mozzarella sticks at $ 7.25 suffice for the evening. The white clam sauce was extremely oily as my Linguine was swimming with a very high cholesterol and grease content. My Linguine pasta was difficult to enjoy as it was swimming with oil that I tasted not the clam sauce, albeit the portion is very large. Bread was included in our takeout which was enjoyed with the Marinara sauce. Priced somewhat average to the Midtown Manhattan standards. I had some Linguine the next day which the pasta held up continuing swimming in white clam oil – not sauce. No comment on the facilities as neither of us utilize. Staff is mostly middle age men who are attentive to our needs as on a Sunday night it appear very little customers patronizing. Note: No business card is available, only takeout menu. I would return and try the Lasagna with meat sauce… yum as it is revival to my foodie interests! Did someone say food? I found it in DABRONX!

Went for lunch. Service: Super attentive Price: bit pricey, but the portions are bigger than average, so it balanced out. Ambiance: family restaurant Menu: regular italian place menu Taste: above average. all the soups they had were of good portion and were tasty. garlic bread with mozzarella was nothing special(i would skip this next time). rest of the group got some lunch specials. they all loved the taste and most of them had left overs because of the large portion. HOWEVER, none of us got pizza so i cant comment on that. Bottom line: would go back if i had the chance.

Had a slice of pizza with two toppings that I requested and they added to my slice of cheese pizza on the spot. Prices are fair. Cost: $ 2.25 plus $ 0.75 per topping. Pizza was a large slice. It tasted ok, nothing fancy, but not bad. Good for if you want a quick bite to eat. They say they have whole wheat pizza for $ 2.50/slice too. The people behind the counter were pleasant and provided good, basic service. They have a good number of bar stools at a counter in the back where you can eat. They also have an adjoining dining room with an extensive menu. When I was there recently, it was relatively quiet. I have no real complaints and will be back to try some of their pasta dishes one day.

if you are in the area and you want a decent cheap slice of pizza. yolanda’s is my favorite! not as greasy as some other neighborhood joints.

Good for a quick bite. Service was ok and food wasn’t bad. Wasn’t dazzled of putt-off if you can appreciate that.

I work in the area, my Boss loves this place. I finally gave in and got a wheat white slice. IT was YUMMY, not oily and very crispy! I would have given it 5 stars but It was a delivery order.

I work at the hospital, so I hit up Yolanda’s regularly. So far I’ve only had the pizza. I haven’t ate at their restaurant. Suffice to say, I really like Yolanda’s pizza. The ingredients on their pizza has always been fresh and the dough is cooked throughly. You see them make the pies right in front of your eyes. The staff is friendly and courteous, its always a pleasure to see them. I feel very welcome there. I have no complaints other than the limited seating at times. The best deal to get is the $ 5 combo for two generous slices of cheese pizza with a medium fountain drink. The pizza again is freshly made and tasty.

It’s ok, but around there… it’s considered good. I’ve had the pizza which is good, eggplant parm and chicken parm. All pretty good!

I can’t stand this place. It is disgusting. I work in the neighborhood and there isn’t much to eat around here(nothing that I like) but my coworkers always want to go here when we do go out for lunch. It sucks. The restaurant smells mildewy like a wet dirty mop and the food is not good. They must get their products from a really cheap wholesale place. The marinara is flavorless. The chicken tastes processed and the bread is stale. The pizza isn’t even good. anyone who says this place is good has no palette for good food at all. It is horrible. The only good thing is the service they are such nice people. very friendly and sweet. too bad their food is horrible. if you had tried the place 20 years ago I can tell you back then it was good but not now… yuk!

Since I work in the area, I eat here A LOT! There is not to many places around the area that I am satisfied with, especially since most of them are fast food joints. The food is good, service is fast, and most of the working people in the area go there to eat during the week. This place is also a historic restaurant since they have been in business since the 60’s. The owner is actually the chef also! Very few places where the owner cooks everything him/her self.

This is the last pizzeria I ate at in NY. I ordered a slice covered in extra sauce(a must now, after I saw a gentleman do it at Two Boots, tried it and loved it), Emily ordered a slice and we split fried calamari… The fried calamari was expensive at like…13 or 15 dollars(can’t remember). It was a nice portion, but expensive. At least it was hot, fresh and delicious. The pizza was good. This is a pizzeria, classic Bronx style, but has an adjoining dining room which looks like the stereotypical Italian spot. Red checkered tablecloths… Pellegrino on each table and so on. Its pretty big, and compared to the pizzeria side it’S HUMONGOUS. I’d go again, but I wouldn’t travel super far for it.
