SOMEONE TRIED TO PULL A FAST ONE (on ME!)
I needed help FAST!
My purchase agreement sales price was less than the verbal agreement my realtor negotiated with the buyer and later announced with a «whoopee» to me on the phone.
BEFORE I signed the Second Amendment to the Purchase Agreement I noticed the price difference and tried to contact my broker: via email /​text phone and later calling her office. I looked on the web for expert advice and found Joe Greene — OMG how help flu he was and patient. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this realtor — he was fabulous and told me how to proceed to protect myself from further harm. READ READ READ everything is his mantra and THEN proceed. If you are looking for a realtor contact Joe Greene from Weichert Realtors House and Home he is personable and professional a a WINNER!
Tip when your broker announces that X sales price has been agreed get it in writing from them so that there are NO misunderstandings and no arguments later!
