I grew up in the Bronx. Webster locksmith was like family to us. Lots of years of getting service from them. You start to know and bond with the workers. After I moved to Orange County NY when I’m the city and need a copy of a key we go to them. Thanks for the years of service

Zero Stars. Do not hire Webster Lock. My buildings management had them replace an intercom in my condo. Cancelled appointments for 2 weeks, and when they finally came they damaged the wall and did a shitty job. On top of that, their management was offensively rude on the phone when trying to mitigate the issue. They will not be paid. Do not hire them.

These negative reviews are most likely from the haters! Once you stop over at Webster Locksmiths you will realize how long and how much exspierence these guys have especially the fact that its a third generation family owned and operated buisiness!
Also one of the Largest operations in the new york city! So lots of people will envy and hate but its pretty cut and dry what you get over at Webster!

I’m so annoyed! Paid damn near $ 500 in CASH for work and less than 8 hours after the installation got locked in my apartment!!! I had to take the lock off the door to get out! When I called them to take a look at the lock I was told I had to wait until MONDAY!!! WTF!
I am lost for words! I don’t like slamming anyone NOR do I get any joy in writing negative reviews; however this is so upsetting. Customer service deserves no stars. I don’t understand why they advertise 24⁄7 service when it’s apparent they don’t!
UPDATE:
After placing a call and sending an email, the company sent another locksmith the next morning to repair the faulty installation. I’m pleased the manager decided to send someone out without having me wait until Monday.
Hopefully, the lock will not jam up again.

Unprofessional and unreliable.
I called in the wee hours of the morning (maybe 2:00 or 3:00 am) and the locksmith never came! Let that sink in a minute. A woman, needing a locksmith at 2:00/3:00 am, being told that «he’s on the way», and he never shows up.
How are they still in business?

Unprofessional, Poor Customer Service– The employees here have no regard for your time and are not inclined to providing customer service (rude). The owner (manager) has poor communication skills as well. (save your time and money, trust me!!)
