One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had ! The item I purchased was out of stock, right away I received an apology email, and a refund ! BUT Valvoelite took an extra mile, notified me once the item was restocked and shipped it express for free.
The quality of the beanie I bought was top notch ! And Fit perfectly. I also received a complementary T-​shirt which also had one of the best fits and feel for a simple t-​shirt !
I’d recommend anyone to shop at Valvoelite, great clothing ! Great service ! I’ll definitely be shopping at Valvoelite again.
