Worst place ever! I bought a white gold diamond heart ring on June 5th the next day one of my diamonds fell out. I took it to get fixed and on the 10th another diamond came out. At this point I’m frustrated because diamonds shouldn’t fall out of a ring that was never banged against anything nor mishandled in any type of way. They made all types of excuses as to why the diamonds were falling out. The guy who sold me the ring wouldn’t even talk to me. Raphael is the one who is very helpful. They are going to put a different heart into the ring with no extra charge hopefully I won’t have anymore problems with it. I’ve never had any problems with my local jeweler I will definitely stick with her from now on

Went in for a simple ring for my fiancé and paid over $ 100, which is not a bad price for an engagement ring. After several attempts at confirming what the ring would be made out of (Hint: real jewels and silver), they assured me that the ring would be perfect. However, what I got was a Crackerjack plastic ring from the bowels of China’s novelty sweatshops. While the band was real, the pearl on the ring was plastic and made from China (which I found out thanks to my local neighborhood jeweler-​who is replacing it with a real one for a really good price!).
If you want to get an expensive plastic ring from China, then this is your place.
