Very well maintained storage facility. A lot of cameras throughout the property. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgable. Johnathan took care of us and showed us how to use our keys and showed us where our locker was located. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Dear Kurt I thank you for your response but unfortunately it has come too late… I have no interest in speaking with you as I have called the main number way too many times it is up to your manager staff to review their business practices… I have done my part as a customer by paying my monthly rent which by the way was increased with no notice… I’ve also made my complaints very clear and they only time I received a response is when I posted on Unilocal so I’m sorry I am not willing to help you.

They were pleasant to deal with always. The woman who runs the office — kicking myself for forgetting her name — was wonderful to deal with. We got a great deal on a unit. Found the space to be clean and always felt it was secured. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs storage.

Yikes! I thought everything was in place for a move, had the storage space settled, and they confirmed a truck and driver were available. I was moving on really short notice already, but they called back two days before the move and said that they did not have a truck or a driver. Apparently my call had been re-​routed to a large call center in Atlanta, which didn’t have current information on the locations. The truck that they promised didn’t exist. Moving plans ruined two days before the event…
I will give them credit for at least calling me to let me know (even late) instead of showing up on the day of the move to find out.
