I come to this Rite Aid on a weekly basis to purchase beauty products, toiletries, medicine, milk, etc. this was the First time I have ever been to a rite aid and I couldn’t make a purchase at the pharmacy register. I waited patiently for the 3 customers in front of me and then I get to the register and a rude male pharmacy tech(that I have never seen before) tells me I need to buy two items at the front of the store where they have 12 people on the line with 1 cashier. I have been making purchases at the pharmacy the past 5 years. Being it was a «brand new policy» not posted up anywhere and I had already waited for 15 mins and there was no line behind me I asked to make a 1 time exception. The male pharmacy tech angrily declined telling me to go speak with the manager. I left the store without purchasing anything. Unfortunately that is my primary pharmacy and I’m not looking forward to having to refill my prescription. I would prefer not to interact with that rite aid associate again. I have always had great experiences in the past other then the long lines at this location. Not sure if there had recently been a new change in management/policies but It’s not looking good from a business or customer service standpoint.

Looooooong line. Insult to the neighborhood. Do better Rite Aid! Hire more staff! I only gave star b/c I have to. Deserves negative stars.

I love a pharmacy store. A place where I can feed my small but very real nail polish addiction and pivk up milk is great to me. I gave this store only a two rating because I wasnt really impressed. It was very congested and disorderly. I understand some of that is due to the influx of colorful customers but still I was not impressed. I am assuming because of the central location this store must constantly be busy. Or at least I’m hoping since the items on the shelves were all over the place. It didn’t seem very well kept. As speaking about my mild nail polish buying addiction earlier there were more empty rows that full. Now how am I suppose to figure out my new color when nothing is there? I will say the cashiers were friendly which I appreciate when I come across younger cashiers. They seemed to have a good handle on the front and how to work down a long line. Besides the hysterically crying kid the visit wasn’t too bad. However I would only go in on a new too basis. Because of the craziness of the store this wouldn’t be a store I run to for quick items. But in between the train and the bus it has great location which I can appreciate!

This place is always a mess. There are items misplaced by customers in which the associates never put back where they are suppose to. The shelves are never restocked. The lines are always extremely long when I go and there is never more than 1 cashier. Yet I always manage to see plenty of employees on the floor doing nothing. This is a typical riteaid and if it weren’t for their good sales I wouldn’t even bother.

This place is always packed… line goes all the way pass photo. The cashiers hardly speak English and one time I had to ask for a manager for a product issue and his response to me was that he was too busy, he would find someone else to help. No one came. Plus it real dusty and dirty in here, smh. After 3 chances and no gain I will not be stepping foot into this one again.
