This place lacks professionalism. Yes, they are pretty good at doing blower but I won’t go back. Some of the hair stylists don’t talk to each other (they’re enemies) and it’s obvious. The place needs some major MAJOR! Remodeling! There is always a water leak! it looks like the place is going to collapse (God forbid) Also, I saw a mouse twice before. The manager is experience-​less and does not know how to run a business. She doesn’t train her employees nor enforces orders (if there are any) They will make you wait while they do the other employees hair. The ladies who wash hair are extremely nice and I love them, but they do not know how to wash hair. They charge you a dollar extra if you use your debit card. There’s no clients service whatsoever… When you walk in no one greets you. It’s a shame. Aside from their bad manners, they do good hair. These workers can definitely go work somewhere in downtown Manhattan where they will give them the right training and make triple the money. Instead they work in this shitty hole. They lose clients all the times. The city needs hairstylist who can leave hair straight smooth like them. They’ll need to learn English though :(This is sad because I’m Dominican as well but this place is very very very unprofessional.

I’ve been coming here for maybe about 4 months I always go to Cindy she’s amazing. It’s literally a 5 min walk from my house her blowouts are the best they last me almost a week. She also did my hair for my baby shower couldn’t be more pleased. Definitely go to this salon any stylist there is amazing there all talented.

I’ve been coming here for a few years to see Jacky! She is truly the best! Her blowouts last such a long time and throughout any type of weather!
