I had an appointment and about 5 – 6 ppl were ahead of me with no appts yet they were going in order of sign-​in. I waited more than an hour to be called so obviously they weren’t taking appts into priority and only to find out their system was lagging and my barcode was not working so i had to come back another day. I came straight to this appt from working overnight at my job and frustration was putting it lightly. My advice, dont make appts and bring something to entertain you for the hour and so you’ll be waiting

Give yourself an extra 15 or 20 minutes because they run behind schedule on appointments. Staff are relatively friendly and the office is clean. Didn’t get my blood drawn because of an error in my doctors order so I can’t speak to the skill of the phlebotomist.

I’ve only been here once but it went very well. It was a Wednesday and I came right when they opened. I was out in about 20 mins. To be fair, they said it usually wasn’t that empty in the mornings but I guess I got lucky. Pleasant staff also.
