They do not deliver on time. They gave me a delivery date and then moved it day by day without calling me. They didn’t care if I missed work a couple of days. They still have not delivered.

We ordered a wardrobe on December 26, 2012 and the salesperson told us that it would be delivered on December 29, 2012. We stayed home all day to wait for the delivery, however, by 5pm, we still have not heard from them. We called and spoke with another salesperson who said that since it was custom-​made, the other salesperson should have told us that it would take 1 week and that it would be delivered by January 3, 2013. So again, my wife stayed home to wait for the delivery that never came, and she called them 3 times, each time she was assured that it would be delivered today. After calling at 7:30, we were finally told that it cannot be delivered today and that it would have to be done tomorrow. We told them that if it is not delivered by tomorrow morning, we should get a full refund. To be continued…
TL;DR: The employees are inconsistent in what they say and don’t bother to notify aboutany delays or cancellations.
