Been ordering from here for years now. They are always very busy so I make sure to tell myself they aren’t being rude. However, my food is always promptly delivered and its great tasting food.
One thing that rubs me off funny is that they charge you to utilize your credit card, its about a dollar or two extra.

I am So Disappointed in this place years ago they where good service and food but now not at all! They mess up orders regularly. The order taker is rude never lets you talk always yelling that she can’t hear you. The last time I order from them they took 2 hours and 15 mins to come I check the food it was cold and egg rolls was missing that I paid for I declined it and called to make sure I get my refund and the lady got real snotty brushed me off and clicked on me.

Order last night for the first time new to the block and took an hour for them to bring me shrimp egg foo young with large pork fried rice… Really??? It’s just 3 big omelets and already prepared rice that they be having in them wooden steamers whatever it’s called with diced pieces of pork, diced onions, and scallions in it and I am right up the hill from the place smh

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. I have been coming here for years… I never go anywhere else. The staff is awesome and very friendly. They are not rude how some other ppl said. People seem to confuse being busy with being rude. Another vey good thing about them is that they take credit unlike many other Chinese restaurant in the area. Someone also mentioned that the kids are dealing with dangerous stuff and that’s not true at all. They just help at the counter. — anyways the food is great and the service is awesome. Hope to be going to this Chinese restaurant for years to come.

HORRIBLE! People have a horrible attitude, got my order wrong, delivery took forever! When the food got delivered there were over 3 strings of hair! Will not recommend this place to anyone!

An okay Chinese food place. The food can be alittle greasy and some orders are mashed into delivery boxes at times. If ordered out. Customer service is very minimum since there is a language barrier but my orders have been fine for the most part. In store looks alittle bit cramped and somewhat dirty towards the store front, if they fix that maybe more customer would come in to order.

Wow. The WORST chinese place in the area. Took an hour and a half to get the food to us. When we called the store and asked where the food is, the lady who picked up gave an attitude, and then hung up.
Do NOT order from this place if you want food on time, and don’t want to be hung up on. Plenty of competition in the area — find another place and stay away from these unprofessional cretins.

This place has a great food. Everytime I order the food is hot! However the people working can come off a bit rude. Sometimes the delivery guy can take a while coming to my location (I’m 2 mins walking distance) but overall this place is so so

I’m actually going to be sending a video to the city of how the employees with the longest freaking hair possible and in front of their FACE can dangle their hair or the food they are preparing and cutting for delivery.
The shrimp that come with the shrimp and broccoli are huge and better than everyone else.
I’m also concerned about the fact that at least five kids from six to ten years old are their doing homework until midnight, almost every day after school AND going behind the counter by the food prep areas! Really? Get a babysitter or find another job.

Been buying Chinese food from here a LONG time still the best I have tasted. I really don’t know about how clean the kitchen is though. Really don’t wanna know either all Chinese food places I have gone to have the same problem with being clean !!!
