Best bakery in Morris Park, much better than Conti’s. Whenever I make a trip here the staff is always friendly. Everything I’ve had so far has tasted delicious but make sure to try their Napoleons

I’ve been to a lot of bakeries around Morris Park and I honestly love this place the best! I love their cannoli and there’s CANNOLICREAM ices. As a person who has a cannoli addiction, I cannot help it but stop by there and get loads of cannoli. A bit overpriced but it’s really worth the money.

I like their Pastries. My Mom, Grandma and I had some today. I ate a Cannoli and my Mom and Grandma had the Napolian Treats. I shared some of the Napolian with my Mom and it was good. I also liked my treat the Cannoli. It reminded me of Cream Cheese that is how Tasty the Creamy Filling was. I can’t wait to go back!

I went here to buy multiple cakes for thanksgiving. I got a cheesecake which was awful and dry. It didnt have the creamy cheesecake taste and the bottom was burnt. I also got a chocolate cake but it was so dry we threw it out. I couldn’t believe even my kids wouldn’t eat it! Overall one thing is abundant in this bakery. Their cakes are extremely dry! I dont know if it is just the ones they make to sell off to walk in customers or just all of them. I have tried their cookies. They sell them by the pound and they actually are tasty but are very over priced. I now buy them elsewhere which have the same cookies triple the size for three times less money.

Morris Park Bake Shop is an old school pastry shop that knows how to make killer Italian classics. Everything from their cannolis to their sfogliatelli to their cakes is just delicious and made with care. However, what they make that makes me go bananas is… the sticky buns!!! You MUST try these. I’ve been enjoying these ever since I was a little kid. They were always on my grandparent’s table. The coconut and poppy seed buns are my favorite, covered in a sweet glaze that isn’t overpowering but makes for a fantastic treat. There are many bakeries along this infamous street, but this bakery that bears the name is simply the best.

Wonderful neighborhood bakery! Like no other in all of NYC. Very accomodating, flexible, delicious cakes. I buy cakes here for many events in Manhattan and the metro area because they are the best!

Awesome bake shop. They have a huge variety of pastries and mini cakes. I ordered a napoleon, a chocolate mouse, and a black and white cookie. The black and white cookie was a bit too dry. However, the napoleon and chocolate mouse was amazing. The napoleon was different than the ones I normally have at other bakeries. Usually they’re filled with sum kinda bavaraian or éclair type cream. The ones here are filled with what tastes like vanilla pudding and it was great! The mini cakes are $ 1.50 a piece. After 3 pieces they put it on a scale. The prices are extremely reasonable as well.

Delicious cookies, pastries & cakes. And friendly as can be. One of those old school Italian bakeries that should be around forever. I’m lucky(but my waistline sure isn’t!) to work a block away. All your favorite cookie assortments are here — pignolis, rainbow, rum balls, wedding, cannoli, sfingi. :) And good coffee too! Stop in, grab a pound of goodies and make your loved ones happy.

Awesome bake shop. We had a custom cake made for a birthday party. We only showed the pic of how the cake should look. The baker did a fantastic job. The cake looked and tasted awesome. The price was not at all expensive for the custom cake. We regularly buy pastries and cookies. Everything is superb. Staff is extremely friendly.

So I ordered a wedding cake which my wedding happened on Aug. 9,2014 and I came 3 months before the event. I spoke with AnnaMaria and the baker and I showed them a picture and we were discussing what I was looking for on my cake. He didn’t draw me anything out it was all done visually, and let me tell you the day of my wedding I was so shocked at how beautiful my cake was. They are old fashioned, they Only take cash, and mind you they went on vacation and came back a day before my wedding and my cake was still fresh. I had red velvet and it didn’t taste dry at all. It was delicious. I was more than impressed. For any future event’s I have I def. will be coming back for another cake.

Just your typical Italian bakery. It’s not bad, it’s not great, it’s just good. We came here to get a birthday cake, it was not bad but the frosting has that store bought taste with the bitter aftertaste, at least the cake was moist though. I like to rate a bakery on their rainbow cookies and these were only decent. 2⁄5 for the cookies.

I’ve been here several times over the past couple of years and they never disappoint. They are slightly more old school than Enrico’s, and their pastry selection comprises of four large cases of puff pastry, fruit, custard, cookies, cakes, pies and more. Morris Park Bake Shop is a bigger operation than Enrico’s By the way, credit cards are no-go..

Love their bread and pastries. It has a small town feel with a big taste flavor. It’s clear recipes have been passed down for generations. Love it’s kid friendly and that the owner is always there to help. My morning coffee would not be the same without the fresh daily baked bread they make.

Today Mario brought cannolis and other bakery goods to work from Morris Pk. OMG they were awesome. I plan to add the 5th star after I find a way to visit the place in person!

This bakery never disappoints me. I usually order the Napoleon Fruit Tart Cake or a Cannoli Cake and they are both delicious. The other day my friend stopped by with an assortment of pastries and they were all to die for. They specifically make the best napoleon I have ever tasted. flaky crust, sweet and creamy filling and just enough icing. I’m going to be ordering a Napoleon cake for Mother’s Day. I highly recommend.

We got our wedding cakes from Morris Park Bake Shop and they were really excellent! Out of 5 or so bakeries that we tried in the Bronx, we chose to go with this bakery because their cakes tasted the best and they were affordable too! We opted for the individual«mini pastry» sized cakes(chocolate mousse, red velvet, and tiramisu), as opposed to a big cake, and the pastries were a huge hit. $ 11/lb.(we got 30 lbs. for about 130 guests). Annamaria(owner? manager?) handled the order and was able to have them ready for us arranged on trays that we could have served at each of our guests’ tables. The only thing is they don’t really seem to deliver, but we had someone pick them up for us and it was no issue.

Great tasting baked goods. Real home-baked taste. REAL Italian– lady who seems to be the owner, speaks Italian. Oh– and my huge ass crumb cake costs $.85. NOLIE. $.85. Can you believe that? And it was delicious too. Considering I just started teaching 2 blocks away from this place, it will be my new morning to-go place! Probably not the best thing for my new work out régime– but damn good! Worth a visit if in the Morris Park area!

Great Italian ices and cookies. The only reason I’m glad I’m not in the area anymore is so I can’t scarf their cookies until I get a fat ass, because they’re THATGOOD!
