This Doctor’s office is horrible! Whenever I call the office I get a rude nurse that either rushes me off the phone or blatantly hangs up. I notice they also fail to input my appointments, so I’ll waste time and money just to be told that I never had an appointment in the first place. Now, I make it my duty to call BEFORE the day of my appointment just to be sure. Also, I have a very serious illness that needs monitoring but no one called me when my specialist went on leave. Then my appointment was rescheduled out of no where, A WHOLEMONTH later. I was told that my specialist would no longer be in for a few months and I couldn’t get a refill from that office. MYMEDS are important, I am NOT to stop them out of the blue. The nurses are rude and love to sit and chat about their personal lives or text on the phone, making USWAIT for them. One particular doctor was abusive. Made unnecessary comments about my weight and certain body parts.(Thank God I have healthy self-esteem, that one comment could give someone an eating disorder! or develop a complex) I wasn’t comfortable and whenever I asked questions about my health, the doctor acted like no one else should have an opinion or it’s unlikely for a young female to do her own research. Overall I am highly dissatisfied with the service. I would only recommend people to STAYAWAY. It’s not worth the stress.

The reason why I like this doctor’s office and still am a patient, even though I have moved to Westchester, is because they allow walk-ins. If you call, first thing in the morning and want to be seen by a doctor, instead of having to make a visit to an emergency room, an external receptionist will take your information and the reason for your call and have someone form the office call as soon as they open and set you up with a walk-in, same-day appointment. You may not be able to see your personal physician but it definitely beats seeing a complete stranger in an emergency room several hours AFTER you checked in. The downside is the fact that I feel the receptionist staff is COMPLETELY unprofessional. I’ve gone there, stood in front of the staff, waiting for assistance while they take personal calls, have conversations about personal topics and handle their lunch orders before taking care of the clients, waiting right before their faces. It’s a shame because if they were working in an actual hospital and pulled that crap, they would be written up or fired immediately, if they didn’t change their work ethic. Get rid of the ghetto folk, Monte, seriously.
