This add store is held to a different standard than the stores in traditional white neighborhoods. It’s dirty, cluttered and unkempt.

I did not like the set up, or my experience at this Modells. The duffle bags and bookbags were hung up high near the ceiling, where you have to ask an associate to get them for you. This sucks if you want to look at multiple bags. Also the weight training gloves were behind the desk upstairs, so once again you have to ask the associate to get the ones you want to see. Once again not ideal for browsing.
In addition when I wanted to look at a duffle bag, there was one associate working and he told me to wait a second as he was helping some lady with sneakers. So I waited almost 10 minutes while he stood there watching her try on sneakers. Eventually I said whatever, and since I was tall enough I was able to stretch and knock one of the bags off of their raised hooks. Luckily it was the one I wanted so I didn’t have to ask for help for ones that I couldn’t reach.

This Modell’s is double storey, basically they have everything and do at least keep the place neat and tidy somewhat. The few times I been in there, they seemed to lack of staff. At least the check out staff are friendly.
