I used to get my hair colored by Iris, who is no longer there. Iris did a great job on my hair. Once she left — I ended up going to the Middletown Road location. They are always available and never make you wait. They have a better receptionist, Denise the colorist is amazing, and they do better blow outs and haircuts. My fiancée used to get his hair cut by Stacey. Instead of telling us she no longer works there — they said she is on vacation. He went to get his haircut there and a gentleman did barely any cutting and did a horrible job cleaning his neck. I suggest going to Middletown road because they are cleaner, nicer and friendlier. I never have to wait because their appointment scheduler sucks and they take too many walkins.

I never ever write reviews, but for such a horrible experience this was necessary. I have been going to this salon for years to get my hair cut and blown out the stylist that use to cut my hair left so i would just go randomly go to have it blown out. Recently, i decided to get it colored, biggest MISTAKE EVER. DON’T EVER GO TO STACY! SHE IS HORRIBLE, the bottle of color popped all over my face and shirt, the fat old Albanian lady that works there thinks that’s funny. NO DISCOUNT WHAT SO EVER. THE SALON IS ROWDY WITH A BUNCH OF AGED WOMEN THAT ARE LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS! THIS DESERVES NO STARSSSSSSS!

I believe that the reviews are old. Carmen is really very good! I went today and she did a Great job! She did exactly what I wanted! Noone was yelling. The prices cant be beat. I would give the place another try.

Got my haircut last week. The lady was good, she knows what she is doing. They insisted me to go for hair wash and then haircut, but I told them I already washed my hair all I need is a haircut. This lady made me wait for 25min as she wants to have her lunch…
She was done with me in 10min and charged me $ 18…which is a bit pricey just for a trim and she did not even wet my hair before she began to cut it…
Would not come back again…

I beg to differ on this salon having «Rock Bottom» prices. They used to have rock bottom prices when Luigi owned the establishment. The most disappointing part of going to this salon is the prices are never the same and have gone up significantly. I have recently gone there to get the same exact service and each and every time I was given a different price. I was completely embarrassed to recommend a young woman. I boasted about the prices and service and was proven wrong once again. This young woman got the ends of her hair (barely) colored lightly (no cut) and charged $ 90.00 dollars. She looked like nothing had been done to her hair and was charged double the price than she would have if she would have colored her full head of hair, cut and blow. Their excuse was because it is called the «ombré «. Keep in mind, a style that barely uses any color in someone’s hair and in hers, I could not tell what was done that was different. I have been going there for over 9yrs and since Carmen took over, it has been run unprofessionally. A few other people that I have run into, expressed the same opinion as mine and no longer go there. She is a nice person, but I have decided to find another place to get my hair done.

I dont know why it says this establishment is closed, but its not. Carmen is AMAZING, and does an incredible job for rock bottom prices.
