Kache Extension & Nail Salon Spa

There’s not really any decent hair salons in this neighborhood so I decided to come here a few times. There is this one lady who is H O R R I B L E. She always splashes water on my face while washing my hair. She’s always on the phone while doing it too. She makes it seem as if her phone call is her first priority and serving me as a customer is a burden to her. I told her multiple times that’s there’s water splashing on my face but she just said sorry all the time and wiped my face (along with all my makeup, WTF?!) but that’s not the worst part. When the hair washing is all done, she starts blow drying my hair. Oh my god. The amount of times she burned my scalp was ridiculous. I literally had to turn around and tell her to stop burning my scalp and to pay attention to what she’s doing. I swear it feels like she doesn’t even care if she’s burning someone’s hair off. Got me so upset. I hate this place. Wish I could give it a 0 star.
