Started working right away while he waited for part. It was nice seeing a specialist who did it so smoothly. Never looked stressed and not even a sweat. Midway he cleaned up and changed shirt too. Loved to see that confidence because made me feel secure about his work. Even talks to you as he works. Two hours later job is done nice and clean.
