I spend a lot of time eating Veal Sorrentino. Most of the time there disappointing like the one in New Rochelle last week. But to my suprise, A SALTY, SAUCY, TANGY, FLAVORFULLDISH. To make this even better, You get fresh Olive bread to soak up every drop of sauce. Lovin It???

My Italian uncle has and his family have lived in the neighborhood for two generations and they have always talked about how great this place was. Finally got to check it out this week and felt that it didn’t quite live up to its reputation. It is a fancy place which is unusual for the area. Takes up prime real estate on the corner of Williamsbridge Road. On a Thur night there were a few people at the bar and 3 other tables seated. It seemed popular with the italian locals and a large party of 10 came in. I think it probably helps to be italian or look like a mob boss to get better service here. We ordered the calamari, chicken marsala with linguini, veal a la Siciliana with veggies, and shared a berry tart for dessert. The calamari was decent, not too chewy. They served it with two sauces that were fresh and tasty. The chicken marasala was a little on the sweet side, my date didn’t like it, but I thought it was fine. The veal was a large portion, slightly tough and chewy covered in cheese and sause. The best dish was the linguini because of the sauce. The dessert was tart and light, surprisingly good. If you like good fresh sauce and want to some fancy Italian not on Arthur avenue come here. If you want really good authentic Italian food and warm welcoming service maybe heading over to Arthur Avenue is a better bet. I’ve had good experiences at most restaurants there.

I moved to the area recently and have passed by Enzo’s many times. I didn’t think anything of it because it looks pretty nondescript(maybe even a bit outdated) on the outside and because the menu is a bit traditional. Expect traditional Italian entrees like chicken marsala and lasagna; you can’t get your pizza fix here. At the recommendation of our new neighbors, who are longtime Morris Park residents. What a pleasant surprise! The inside of the restaurant is much more modern than the outside suggests and is inviting and cozy. I ordered pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage and my husband had the veal saltimbocca. Both entrees were generous and were delicious. The service was excellent, and we’d definitely go back again.

I am definitely a fan. I came here to celebrate a graduation with 7 other people. They were very accommodating and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their plates. They have a wonderful wine list to choose from and a cocktail menu which, right there, was a beautiful thing! The waiters are efficient and nice. They do large antipasti for a larger table and it included eggplant rolatini, mushrooms, fried zucchini… your standard Italian-American fare… but done very nicely. I enjoyed my chicken piccata… just the right amount of food. I will be back and I will bring others. Def go if you are in the neighborhood! The prices are super fair!

Awesome place, great people, great food, great atmosphere, when you eat here you really feel right at home in the Bronx. Ralph is a gentleman and a great host. Waiters are fast and friendly. Italian food that brings you back … If I had 3 hands I’d give it 3 thumbs up!

Enzo’s has some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Recently went there for dinner with some friends and new upgraded appearance looks great. Service was excellent as always. I tried some of the specials and was not disappointed. I always have to start with clams oreganata. I still have not found any other restaurants that can make clams as good as Enzo’s. I always like to try the specials they offer. I had the veal osso bucco special and it was perfect. My other favorite is the chicken scarpariello on the bone. I love coming to this place to eat.

Love this place! If you want great food and great people you need to come here. I have been coming here for years and the food is so amazing. Just celebrated my brothers birthday we had baked clams, scallops, shrimp cocktail and hot italian peppers! For my entrée I had coverlet with broccoli and shrimp, while the others enjoyed Osso buck, Special Pork chop with vinegar peppers, and Cavatelli with sausage sundries tomato and broccoli rabe. If you want real italian food you come here!

I come here for 2 reasons … the fried meatballs, and the fried meatballs. Service is excellent, everything else I’ve had here is wonderful, but the fried meatballs with pepper and onions I would eat as my last meal, if the opportunity was to arise(not sure this qualifies as an opportunity, but you get the idea). Excellent chicken parmigiana, perfect red sauce, nice eggplant rollatini, and a very good Caesar. It ain’t fancy, but it’s real Italian food.

Do you like veal? Enzo’s boats the most tender veal I’ve eaten in a long time and at a significantly better price than«comparable» restaurants in New York. Really impressive, actually. It blew me away. Wonderful atmosphere makes you feel welcome and at home in a tangible way. We had a great server and many of the other guests were speaking in Italian. The feel of this restaurant is something special. Last time I went, I got the bouillabaisse and the fish was cooked very nicely. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I reserve my 5 star rating for Italian restaurants that make their pasta from scratch. Sorry Enzo’s, your pasta is good, but it’s not home made. But if your a veal fan and want to eat in atmosphere that would have pleased Vito Corleone, Enzo’s is worth the trip. Also, the price is definitely right at this place.

This place never disappoints! Every time I come here they always serve quality, consistent, delicious Italian cuisine. The dining room is not particularly big, but the staff are very accommodating to seating you and your party ASAP. The décor is bright, with shades of blue throughout. It has a very clean, open feeling to it. The food is some of the best Italian food I’ve had. Out party usually always orders the fried calamari to start, be sure to ask for both the regular marinara and the spicier sauce for a nice variety. The chicken capricciosa is delicious, and if it’s on special I would definitely recommend the lasagne. I am a regular of this establishment and will definitely be back — I highly recommend!

I gave a 2 star just because the place is beautiful, I had mussels which tasted like Popo! and filet of sole that had no flavor! Not a place to suggest! I tried better!

We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile so we decided to go on a Friday night. We arrived and it was pretty busy. We still got seated right away and were immediately brought our menus. Only a few minutes later our waiter took our drink order. They came very fast. The Berry Berry Martini was really good and so was my husbands Jack and Coke. We then ordered the fried meatball app and two pasta dishes one tortellini and the other homemade parpadelle with wild boar ragu. It all was amazing and perfectly seasoned. We then had dessert drinks. They make a great White Russian and the coconut cheesecake was to die for. Everything was amazing we will def go back.

Solid spot with food and service done right. Just like the old days, the cook sometimes comes out to see if you enjoyed his creation. One of the best locations in a neighborhood full of great food.

I scouted out this place prior to my wife and daughter’s visit. This place is a winner! The waiter suggested ways of making menu items more veg-friendly at no loss of flavor! Good food, good service, good deserts. I am a fan and will be bringing my family in when they’re in town!

We are so happy that this place is in our neighborhood. The food is fantastic, the sea food risoto, Chilean Sea Bass and Veal Osso Bucco are just some of our favorites. The staff is great and will always make suggestions if you need help deciding what to order.

So I’ve been reading reviews on Unilocal for about a year now and I feel its time for me to start writing my own reviews. What better place to start than Enzo’s in Morris Park? I went on a Saturday night around 6pm to celebrate my Mother’s birthday. I was surprised when my party of 5 walked in and it was fairly empty. We asked the waiter why it was so empty and he simply responded that Friday night was packed. The restaurant began to fill up as the night went on. Lets start with the drinks! My father ordered a dirty martini which wasn’t dirty. It had way to much vodka and not enough olive juice. He walked up to the bar and asked for more olive juice. Another person order Kettle and Tonic which was very good. We also ordered a few bottles of wine. The waiter recommended an excellent cheap bottle of wine. We ordered two appetizers, one of the special appetizers of the night which was two slices of stuffed eggplant. It was stuffed with bread crumbs and sausage. It was delicious. Right on point. We also ordered hot antipasto which is very typical but good as well. For an entrée I had the pasta special of the night. It was homemade linguine in a creamy truffle sauce with sausage, porcini mushrooms and peas. I would rate it a 3. The sauce and pasta was tasty but there was too much sausage for my liking. It also felt like it was missing something but I couldn’t pin point it. For desert I split a slice of napoleon cake. The only time I ever eat napoleon cake is when I celebrate birthdays so I felt it was appropriate. It wasn’t the best slice I’ve ever had but by the time desert came I was so full, I’m not sure if I would have loved anything. Probably should have skipped desert but what can I say? I’m giving it 4 stars not based solely on my meal but my family loved their meals. Also the waiter was extremely nice and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The décor is perfect for the type of restaurant it is. The chairs were brand new and well padded. I could have sat there all night. It had a traditional Italian feel to it. P.S They are well known for their fried meatballs appetizer. I wanted to try it but no one else at my table wanted to split it with me. So what did the waiter do? He brought us a small sample of it with our appetizers. It was a nice addition to our night. I was surprised he went out of his way to do that and boy am I glad that he did. The meatballs were absolutely amazing. The were tender and full of flavor. They were served with fried onions which added to the dish perfectly. Next time I go back, the meatballs will be my first choice of appetizers.
