Dunkin’ Donuts

I absolutely LOVE this DD! Not only is my food and beverage well prepared, but the staff are extremely friendly. Everyone knows me at this DD, and as soon as I walk in they already know what my order is. The manager, Vicky, is amazing; on occasions she would give me an easy online survey to complete, and I would receive a free bagel! :) The only downside is that they are often limited with donut variety in the afternoon time.

Bad service. The only dunking donuts in all NY that gives me a hard time to warm up «MY» croissant donut

I know the manager Vicky, she’s such a great lady, she has a big heart, we work next door to each other so we treat ourselves very good. Their staff is beyond friendly. Such a perfect place for a morning coffee. Have to admit that this is the only Dunkin Donuts that I like.

This location only serves coffee — no ice cream! I think you are confusing this DD with the one on Morris Park Ave corner of White Plains Road that does sell ice cream.
The manager of this site is awesome! Love coming here because everything is well organized and she runs it like a well oiled machine. Wish they had drive through bit that would be in my Xmas wish list !

This is hands down the best Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever been to. The staff are largely full-​time and know exactly what they’re doing. I’m very particular about the amount of cream and sugar in my coffee and somehow no other Dunkin location ever seems to get it quite right. If you go to this Dunkin often enough, the staff will learn your name and remember your usual drink. They also seem to have a wider doughnut and food selection than most other Dunkin stores. Far above average for a fast-​food coffee establishment.

The service here is terrible. The people who work there are nice, but it would be great if I would get the time of day from anyone. I went in to get ice cream and I left empty handed. When I went in, there was no at the ice cream counter, but after a couple minutes someone showed up with someone else’s ice cream cake order. I waiting patiently for them to finish (which took a while, but oh well) only to be told that someone else will be helping me. Ok, so I continue to wait as other employees come and go, no one saying they would take my order. After waiting for 20 minutes for ice cream, i just left. If this type of service continues, I won’t be going back.

During the summer, it would be pretttty nice to enjoy a iced decaf coffee! Of course, this location happen not to have it. Also, there was no one present at the counter for a few minutes while standing in line. When a cashier finally attended me, she kept hearing the order wrong. Needless to say, it was not worth my time nor money.

I love this location. The entire staff is very friendly and the service is always quick. I just wish they kept it a little cleaner.
