Drive through takes a long time. The coffee orders are incorrect many times. For expensive coffee, it tastes terrible. No matter what time or what day you go, the donuts are hard and they dont taste fresh at all.
They dont understand you through the drive through order machine and after you say one item they either say «is that it» or «your total is», without you even being done. Rush you even if there isn’t a line and they are out of so many things they advertise.
I would suggest the service improves and they work on their coffee.

They had fast and friendly service — I had a coffee and a smoothie, and they were both really good. I’ll be back to this location!

Drive thru takes forever. The coffee is never made the right way. It takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru. If you go inside you wait almost as long but not as bad. I don’t know if it’s the staff or the people online that don’t know what they want but it takes way to long to grab coffee.
