Domino’s Pizza

These A Holes Never answer the phone. EVER! and when I went I had to wait 15 mins to place my order because no one was free. FIRE EVERYONE there. –5 Stars

Food was bland because they put almost no BBQ sauce on the pizza and they refused to deliver to the hotel room. I have never had this happen with any other Domino’s before, or any other delivery service. I should know, I travelled all over the US and have ordered from Domino’s in many cities, states, and even Mexico. The delivery driver doesn’t even believe that any Domino’s delivers to the room, not just sit in his car and wait due to being lazy.

This Dominoes location must be the worst in the county. The managers are rude and counldn’t care less about thier customers. I was trying to order from my app on my tablet but for some reason it isn’t working. the app insisted that we call the store directly. The managers will not honor the online coupons, infact the one I was speaking to told me he had plenty of customers and i could get my pizza elsewhere, it didn’t matter to him. I’ve read that the workers are lacking any kind skill, you can’t blame them when there leadership is so piss poor. «IF THE BOSS DOESN’T CARE WHY ARE THE WORKERS GOING TO?» Because my kids where hungy and they wanted Dominoes, I went thru with the order anyway. It took over an hour for the Pizzas to arrive and it was cold. I had to nuke it. If I could give this place a negitive number I would… save yourself some aggravation, avoid this place at all costs… Its such a shame that these managers feel that the customers are such low lifes, its amazing how they don’t mind taking our money…

The apartment I live in and 60% of the tenants of parkchester 10 462 zip code are condominium owners.
I was simply mortefy when I received a call from your delivery person who informed me that I had to get dress leave my home and go outside to the parking lot to a gentle man sitting in his car. When I inquired why my food was was not deliver to my door I was told «THAT DOMINO’S CONSIDER PARKCHESTER CONDOMINIUM AND I QUOTE «PROJECTS» I believe this practice is bias and prejudice. I realize crime is a factor in every demographic…
So here’s a solution.
Ever customer that trusted your company with there credit card information you should have the same trust and deliver the food to there apartment DOOR seeing that you have personal information on the customer who has already payed.
The 4 stars only represent the qulity of the food.

Worst Delivery time dont waste ur time with them !!!

I’ve ordered from this location many times but this last delivery was the worst. The delivery man actually took my pizza from his truck on a cold day while he was warm up front. Therefore my pizza was cold and tasted awful. Reminds me of McDonald’s. I will never order from Domino’s again because of my last experience.

Made an order that took over an hour to make and deliver. Never experienced this from Dominos. I am extremely upset and won’t order from this Dominos again.

How can you mess up a pizza with two toppings?.. its clearly understood that idiots currently work at this dominoes pizza location, but even idiots should be able to get the simple order of a small pie right… after placing the order, the person working at the location stated the wrong pizza was made… today I order a small spinach and chicken pizza, when I get to the place to pick up the order the worker say «oh yeah, we don’t make small thin crust pizzas… service is horrific at this place… if you want to be pissed off with ignorant people then I suggest you order from this place… especially over the phone… I forgot pizza-​hut opened up next door… I will be going there from now one… maybe people at pizza-​hut may have atleast completed high school… smh…

first off… wtf, I ordered a pizza from there last night and stayed up waiting for it and it never came. Then today Im calling back at this very moment and when I asked them what happened and they put me on hold every time i call back. this is by far the worst dominoes in the city and they should fire everyone there.

The worst service of all the Dominos. The pizza was cold. The whole idea of ordering was to avoid cooking in the heat. Well, that was shot! The delivery guy was very rude and argumentative. According to him the NEW policy is that there is NO door to door service. So now it’s drop off instead of delivery. Imagine that! I paid by credit card. I asked the Manager Malik for a refund, he said he’ll look into it. Translation: it’s not going to happen. I’ve ordered Domino from various locations without any incident. This place? No good!

I ordered Dominos from a lot of places. This isn’t the best. The place doesn’t have a seating area, so it’s best to order for delivery. Delivery does take time in this kind of neighborhood with the parking situation.
The selection is exactly what you’ll see on the site. The food might be decent and it might not. You just never know with this place. You might be better off ordering from a local shop.
