Domino’s Pizza

This is the worse dominoes I’ve ever ordered from. I placed my order online they sent me a confirmation email saying that my order would be done in a half hr. When I got there to pick it up a half hr later the guy says that my order would be done in 10 mins. 10 mins turned into an hour and a half extra and the pizza was horrible. Never again will I order from there. Wish I can rate them with absolutely no stars. Worse service ever.

This is by far the worst a Dominos EVER! The food came 2 hours late, it was cold, I had to go outside cross the street and receive my order through the car window! The driver had the nerve to ask for a tip! No way! I called to complain the women who answered the phone hung up on me I called agin it rang and rang no answer. Never again!

Just ordered from their website (After a bad experience ordering from another pizza store). Nothing on their website says they will not go upstairs to deliver to your door. I left special instructions to come to my door.
After waiting for a long time, they came and called from downstairs saying I had to come get it.
I left special instructions, they took my money, they didn’t even call to let me know they would not come upstairs right after I made the order so that they wouldn’t waste their time or mine.
Again, Isn’t that refusing my business? If so, why not have something on the website that says they will not come upstairs if you live in a building? It’s because it’s illegal!!! They are outright refusing a demographic of people!!! That’s similar to the red zoning banks use to do back in the day. . I am just a consumer. I am not a lawyer. I am just tired of businesses choosing not to serve me because of who I am, what I look like and where I live.
The one reason they claimed is because they are worried about protecting their workers. This is an assumption that if they deliver to my building, they would be harmed!
I didn’t know my building was seen as a «do not enter» zone. I am curious to know if this is the same policy in every neighborhood!
I have time. I am in no rush. The statute of limitations clock is ticking. I am starting to do research. By the way, they have yet to give me my money back, or give me notice that they cancelled my order and credited back my credit.

Terrible. I made a simple order for delivery. I waited two hours before giving the store a call was put on hold (15mins). The girl told me it was on its way out… ok. Never got my food. No call to excuse the food not appearing. Nothing.

Talk about great service Melvin took my order, and helped me with some ideas for what I wanted in my pizza and everything came exactly how I wanted it. Plus my wings were so fresh and included the exact dip I wanted!!! Ten stars to Melvin for great customer service.

Got hung up on 3 times before anyone would even pick up. Had to order from another dominoes. Why be open?

If there was anything I missed about my old apartment was the dominos. I just recently moved to Baychester in the past couple of weeks and I ordered from this Dominos, hoping that the third time would be a charm; I was wrong.
The first time I ordered, the service from the delivery man was unbelievable. For one, he came almost an hour after the tracker said he departed the store and I thought it couldn’t get any worse than that… not only does he park the car on the OTHER side of the street (mind you I live in a dead zone area, all houses, a million parking areas) but he WAITS IN THE CAR while I have to cross the street to get my order and have him pass me my boxes through the driver window… seriously? Can you redefine lazy? I live on the first floor…
Next time I ordered, it came late again and partially cold where the cheese wasn’t even melted anymore. Than today which for the record will be the LAST time I order from here, it came again 45 mins late, after it departed, they forgot two of my dipping sauces (which considering there were 2 orders of breadsticks you would think someone would say hmm… no sauces? And double check the order) and the food was yet again cold.
I don’t understand who is running this place, but these things shouldn’t be happening. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to double check an order before it goes out the door and to keep food hot even if there are multiple orders to be delivered. Also, they need to fire these delivery guys the laziness is inexcusable. There should be no reason why any customer has to cross the street in a dead zone area and get their food handed to them through a car window.
They either need a new staff, or need to shut down all together. I’ve ate from plenty of dominos places in my life, including in PA when I was in college and this place has truly been the only place where the service has consistently been trash.

2 a clock in the morning– 45 minutes waiting time for a pizza for pick up! 4 guys working there and non of them is functioning!
Worst service ever!

I don’t think I’ve ever given any place 1 star but these people are ridiculous.
I ordered online and that was quick. Within 5 – 7 minutes after putting in the order it said that the pizza was ready.
It then took 35 minutes for the pizza to LEAVE the store! The approxamite time was 25 – 37 minutes for the pizza to ARRIVE. Then the food was delivered 36 minutes later! I put the route from the store to my house on Google Maps and it was suppose to take 9 minutes lastly, when the delivery guy finally arrived, he came out of the car with the wrong order and tried to tell us that he doesn’t know because he just delivers, he doesn’t know what the orders are suppose to be. After some back and forth he went back to the car and took out the right order.
Obviously after more than an hour of waiting for the pizza it was not hot, just warm. Needless to say, will never be ordering from here again.

Zero stars! The workers here have absolutely NO consideration for their customers. They failed to deliver our pizzas so we had to go and pick them up. They didn’t even try to call us to let us know that there was a computer glitch which was a lie because they had all if our info printed out on the stickers for the pizza.

Here’s the thing… the food is good. The prep is quick… the delivery takes FOR –EVER! Call them when you’re just starting to get hungry. If you’re super hungry though call another chain or cook… you could season and roast a chicken in the time they take to get to your house. The worst part is I live literally down the street from them. A five minute jaunt in nice weather… but somehow in a vehicle it takes a billion and one years to get to my home. Also the managers are… awful. I’ve had to complain to to Dominos a few times and only ONCE did they do anything. the second time I got the complete brush off.

Just don’t understand why businesses in the Bronx have to be soo bad. I called ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. I ask for extra garlic on the crust and when the pizza comes, there was absolutely no garlic on the crust. I call back the store and they purposely put me on hold for over 10 mins. I had my boyfriend call on another phone and they apologized and said they will bring another pizza. They never did. I don’t understand how these people are allowed with getting away with ripping customers off. This store will never see my business again.

So, I order from this Domino’s often because I love their breadsticks and boneless chicken. The order is always correct and the online ordering system is fast and easy. Not to mention the oh so cool Order Tracker that they have created lol. As for preperation/​delivery it can take up to an hour BUT they will deliver in any weather. Like last night it was raining, they still delivered my order and today its a snowy blizzard kind of day and they still delivered. I have yet to have a bad experience with them. The delivery person calls when close or outside but I will admit it does take a while for your order to come.

This Domino’s location is always quick and tastes good… cant complain.

Awesome service first time ever in my experience I call and get such great communication skills on the other side. Created a new pizza and even made my wings like I wanted them plus included my ranch. Memorable service I hope Dominos keeps him

Ordered a large Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, Stuffed Cheesy Bread, & Chocolate Lava Cake. The pizza was a little dry & whoever cut it needs re-​training bc it looks like a hot mess! The delivery lady called me when she was 4 mins away! That’s a huge plus! She’s also very nice as well! I didn’t received the Ranch Dip that i paid extra for. So i called the delivery lady back and told her & she was nice enough to tell me that she was gonna go back to the store and bring it back to me. Store calls and tells me their out of Ranch. Asks me if i want blue cheese instead. I asked if i can get a refund. I know it’s only 50 cents, but still. So another lady calls me back and tells me I can’t get a refund so she’ll add the Ranch to my acct for when the next time i order

Ordered twice. Both times it took more than 2 HOURS to receive the food. I live 3 blocks from the store. Ridiculous. Never again.
EDIT: Also, Dominos online tracker predicted 19 – 25 minutes total time to delivery. Don’t trust it.

First time ordering, got my food before delivery time expected. Delivery guy was nice and food was ok. Will order again for a quick meal for the kiddos;)

Horrible with deliveries the tracker said my pizza left at 5:45pm and I didn’t get it until 7:45 2 hours later that’s ridiculous what’s the point of ordering if it’s gonna take just as long. This happens every time I order with them. They need more drivers or something. As far as I’m concern the get no stars.

This is a relatively new Domino’s MAYBE a year old. Parking now in this area on the corner and such is a nightmare. I think people are getting tickets running in to get their pizza now they g0tta pay more for it, unfortuneately.
–They have some really good carryout specials.
–I personally usually order the Large Pizza with Ham, Banana Peppers and Black Olives or Mushrooms. Three topping pizza MON-​WED it is 7.99 as a carryout offer.
–Breadbowl Pasta dishes– I am not a fan of.
–Oven Baked Sandwiches are not that bad. Chicken Bacon Ranch or Philly Cheese Steak is recommended. It costs $ 5.99, I believe.
