My June 12^th order arrived cold and not as good as previous orders. Burnt around the edges as well. I am certain they can do better because they have the last few orders.

I wish I could’ve given zero stars. First they spent 2 and half hours to bring the order. Once it was here the pizza was cold, they gave me plain wings instead of the habanero ones and they put garlic on the Cina sticks ! Also the delivery was very unprofessional we got a lemon soda and when we asked why they brought Fanta, all he said was «they didn’t have any» so he couldn’t have called and asked what we wanted. Horrible service, never ordering dominos again. Going back to papa johns ! Also when I called to check on my order because it was taking too long, they didn’t pick up the phone!

Close to 3 hours to deliver my food. Pizza was cold and hard. Got my order wrong. Crappy service. Can’t say enough bad things about this Dominos.

Honestly do I have to even leave a star? Because this people sure don’t deserve not even one!!! Let me start off for when I placed the order online at 9:00pm! It’s getting ready blah blah fine!!! Then I see if finish at 9:30pm. Ok waiting for the delivery guy no problem. It’s 10:20 my food isn’t here. Hits 10:30and now the delivery guy is here with a frozen pizza and some frozen boneless chicken wings. I told the guy to come back and pick it up! He said no call the store. I was on hold literary has I wrote this review calling from two different phones! I didn’t want my money back I just wanted a nice hot pizza I love dominos but honestly never again. The manager VICTOR pick up and apologize for the Inconvenience since they were busy. We asked for an exchange of pizza he said is gonna be a 3 hours wait and we said fine I’ll go pick it up instead he said no delivery only!!! Screaming over the phone -.- (mind u I m a pregnant women of 3 months truly craving some good pizza) and hangs up. This place should close down. This makes the dominos name look terrible! Like I said before due to this manager and the way they made my food I will NEVER BUY DOMINOS AGAIN!!!

This is the worst Dominos ever !
Shut it down or hire people who take their jobs serious.

If you want to wait hours for food that never arrives, only to call and be hung up on when you try to find out what’s going on, this place is for you!!! I’ve ordered from here a couple times before out of desperation, and I’ve always waited at least two hours for my food. Tonight, I NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD AT ALL after waiting for OVER two hours. Now, when I call, I get a message saying the store is closed. My credit card was charged. I sent an email to their customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. Please DO NOT give this place any business.

I’ve ordered food from this location twice and I never received my food either time.
Here’s the story:
I ordered dominos one night and made sure to confirm my number twice with the woman who took my order over the phone (delivery). Two hours passed so I called in to get a status on my order. I was told that it had just left the door. Fine, it won’t be long now. Another hour passes, still nothing. I called again and this time was told that the driver came but nobody picked up when he called, which was false but I never received a call. They agreed to send out another order, however after ANOTHER hour of waiting I STILL didn’t get anything. I called back only to find out that my food was delivered to a random person. On my dime. Nice.
Fast forward a week, I was desperate enough to order from here again.
2 hours passed and again no food. I called to find out what the hold up was and an employee promptly hung up on me after only asking for my address. I called again and was connected to somebody else who couldn’t even find my order in their system. Needless to say, there is no food that is worth this much trouble. Not a 5 star meal let alone dominos pizza.
Even 1 star is more than this place deserves.
Skip ordering from here and try somewhere else where you might actually get to see your food.

This is worst pizza place in the Bronx! I ordered two pies and I waited over an hour. Then the delivery guy calls me and says he’s here and to buzz him in. I wait about 5 min and he’s still not at my door. I call him and ask him what’s going on. He tells to come outside. I said I asked for delivery and you need to my door. So he hangs up. I call him again and he doesn’t answer. Ignoring my calls. Then I call the store and wait 30 min just to speak to a human being. The manager apologizes and says they have a «curbside policy» only.
Since when does Dominoes deliver curbside only?! What about people who have a disability?!
They have no training in customer service!

Everyone do yourself a favor and do not order anything from this place.
I had ordered a pizza via online # 912 612, on 01/​24/​2016; well it took close to an hour to be delivered but the worst part was about to come when delivery boy comes, calls me and ask me to come downstairs to pick up my pizza, I mention that I have requested deliver, then delivery boy mention that he will do me a favor by bringing mi pizza upstairs, but I must give him a tip, that is an insult.
Domino’s pizza you really know how to spoil a dinner.
Your service sucks

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not for the food but for the service.
We placed an order on-​line at 6:17pm. Store called us about the order at 6:52 and said the driver was on his way. It is now 8:29pm and still no pizza. I called the store twice. First time — I could not get through. Second time (after 13 minutes on hold) the manager «Jennifer» said that she was sorry and offered to remake the pizza because she acknowledged the pizza would be cold. I told her we have been waiting to feed my 3 children and she had nothing to say. She said she would call the driver and call me back with a status. No call back.
We really like Domino’s Pizza but this service is the pits. Save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Everytime we order from here, it takes well over an hour to receive delivery. I’m been on hold for 15 minutes already! I ordered pizza at 5:40. I called at 7:05. It is 7:20 and I’m still on hold while writing this review. I’ve gotten through and spoken to the manager on other occasions and all she could do is provide vague responses and poor excuses.

This location is literally the worst dominos experience I have ever had. I’ve ordered four times, hoping each one would be better, that the previous order was a fluke. It wasn’t and they weren’t. The online ordering system works perfectly. The STAFF, however, does not. The quotes are literally doubled. While I’m assuming they’re separating the wheat from the chaff to make the flour needed for my order in the almost two hours it’s taken several orders to get delivered, I’d prefer my order to come before I start to doubt the solid idea of pizza on the second day after my cheat day. All my orders have arrived cold. I want cold pizza in the morning, while questioning my life decisions and planning walk-​in clinic visits, not when I’m ravenous and vulnerable. Speaking of vulnerable, I’m generally pretty tough. But after speaking to the staff at this location and being berated for having the nerve to call and distract them from the wheat harvest to ask where my food is, I feel smaller, weaker. The level of callousness the staff has, from manager to driver, reminds me that not ALL of New York has gone soft. Cold pizza doesn’t soothe hurt feelings.
To summarize: stay away from this location unless you’re a) a glutton for punishment, b) want cold pizza, c) have a desire, for some reason, to combine a and b.

If I could of giving 0 star I would !! Don’t have enough staff to meet demands … An other thing that I found crazy is that I see the cashier going back and forth dealing with money, picking up the phone and making the pie !! Amazing !! Dirty !!!

Do not order from this place!!! Jesus Christ I ordered at 12:07AM is 1:06am the tracker said my pizza was delivered around 12:40AM, but guess what! NO PIZZZZAAAAAA! I haven’t received anything. Tried to call the store and waited more than 20 minutes and they still didn’t pick up! Jesus can I at least get a refund

Unfortunately I have to give this Dominos a one star.
I have been ordered from this place for years. But in the last year it has gotten worse. Trust me if I could give it no stars that would be ideal.
First, they always have a problem with the online orders. Either they get it wrong or they don’t get it all. There is always an issue. Second, if you get your food (that’s a big if) 90% of the time it will be cold. Third, the pizza will be all squashed on one side as if they dropped the box. Fourth, when you call the location, the staff is rude and genuinely annoyed that you have the nerve to call and complain.
But today, the straw that broke the camel’s back was that I get a call from a driver that states that he is not going to deliver up to my apartment. I have to go downstairs. My brother and I order often; at all hours of the day and late evening. I live in a decent, safe neighborhood. My building is safe. Prior delivery people have ALWAYS delivered to my door. So I told him I’m not going downstairs. I call the location and this bright star tells me «I don’t know what you are talking about. It has always been company policy that the drivers do not go upstairs.» Really? When did this take effect? Because last Monday, the delivery guy came to my door. She puts me on hold. Then another sharp tool gets on the phone and asks me how can he help me. I said either A) he makes the delivery or B) you refund me my money and send me proof you cancelled the order and payment. Obviously the order was cancelled and I’m getting a refund. However, that does not take away the fact that they just lost a customer. I have boycotted other places for their lack of service. Not ordering from Dominos is not going to impact my life in any way, but 1 less order can impact their bottom line.
WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOMINOS!!!
I’d rather pay extra and order from any of the local pizza spots around Kingsbridge. Much better taste, much better quality.

Made the mistake of ordering from this place again. Followed tracker of my order. 20 minutes after it said my order left store I noticed it said my order was delivered. Call store they said to wait 2 minutes more. 40 minutes later after tracker said my order was delivered they arrived. I thought my experience from six months ago of them not bringing order upstairs was the result of one driver. I was wrong. I had to go downstairs to pick up order. I’m disable. Normally walk with use of walker. Use cane this time since I knew I had to carry food. Glad a neighbor was coming in because it is impossible to hold banister with one hand, balance yourself with cane with the other hand and then carry my order. Won’t make this mistake again.

That pizza is horrible and the delivery guy had me come downstairs to pick up my pizza from his nasty, dirty car as he sat there counting money!
Once I returned to my apartment, I was hoping to a least enjoy the pizza. It was warm at best! It reminded me of french bread with sauce and some cheese on it! Terrible. I tried to heat it up in the toaster oven but that was useless. I threw it to the birds!

Stay far far away.
Incompetent is the only way to explain this business. They give you a two hour wait for burned pizza. Save your money!

This place is the worst for taking orders and delivery. There are rare people that are professional enough to take your order down but I can’t remember how many times they wrote my order wrong. As a result, I order from Salvatore’s or Marconis pizza.
Don’t order pizza unless you are there and present when you’re ordering your pizza!
There’s one guy that told me my order was wrong, meaning I ordered my order wrong. Pretty messed up. I told them 2 large pizzas and they wrote it as 2 medium pizzas. I would’ve been embarrassed in front of my friends had I not checked my credit card to see how much it was charged. The total bill looked way less than what I expected for 2 large pizzas to be.
I hate the service in the BRONX.

Worst dominos ever! First they take about an hour to go less then a mile away to deliver the burned food you ordered. Secondly poor .no non resistant customer service. Be sure to place your order online so you don’t have to deal with the rude staff including the rude delivery person and to save yourself some anger. Thirdly if you are expecting an actual delivery to your door please be sure to order somewhere else. If you are disabled, elderly or home bound I strongly advise you stay away.
I placed the order on line because I remember from several experiences that they employ rude people. Then waited patiently for my order. About an hour later I get a call from a girl saying I have to come down to the curb side because their manager doesn’t allow the delivery people to come upstairs in my safe, fully lit, and monitored by security and cameras building to deliver the food. They are only allowed to deliver curb side. Although it was not noted anywhere on the website or my check out that this is the new delivery rule for which I will be charged for. I was displeased but said ok I’ll come down as soon as I change from my pajama to actual clothing. I came down 5 mins later and the delivery car was not there. That was great. I was cold and I left my cell phone upstairs so I had to come back up to call the delivery girl and ask her where she went. I called in reply she said I’m across the street (which she was not because I checked) behind some truck. I asked her to come next to my building because I didn’t want to search for her and I would come down once again. She became rude and said why did I go back upstairs instead of just waiting and it is now going to delay her in her other deliveries with an attitude. I told her as politely as possible that I left my phone and couldn’t find her and I will be right down. When I got downstairs she handed me the food turned away and left. All this was endured for my burned pizza and chicken. Thank you dominos for reminding me why I stopped ordering from you in the first place.
This place has a bad reputation and it’s hopeless to expect that to change
