Clean Jeans Dry Cleaners

I have given my business to clean Jean dry cleaner for last time. Friday afternoon I went to the store to get a pair of jeans tapered. I specifically stated I wanted my taper done from inner seam not outer seam because I didn’t want selvedge line ruined on my raw denim jeans. First the light skin Hispanic woman said no we don’t do that but I have done it on previous jeans before. She then proceeded to take my jeans to the Male tailor that has done my jeans before and tell him in Spanish what I Want done. She tells me next that it can’t be done because they were tapered once before. Then the tailor says in Spanish to her it’s more work for me to do it from inner seam I don’t want to do that. If you’re running a business and don’t want to take a job then say so. Don’t be dishonest and lie to customers face because you are too lazy to do the actual work. Since then I’ve taken my denim to tailor in city that confirmed he will be able to do what I needed. Do not give them your business. Look for better cleaner that will not lie to you.

Began as great service but ending up badly.
Was a loyal customer for a few yrs until their customer service failed me! Rude & nasty attitude from an employee. Never again!!!

Best cleaners in the Bronx. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have not had any negative experiences with them.
For service, timeliness, quality, staff professionalism, there is no other place to go in the Bronx than Clean Jean’s.
