If you don’t speak Russian or Spanish you’ll be ignored for a bit. The pharmacist, cashiers, clerks etc. are very unprofessional. They could work on communicating better w/​their customers, just because your the neighborhood place doesn’t mean you can treat members of the community the way you do. We work hard also & deserve to be treated w/​dignity. Because w/​o us at your door how long would you be in business? Yeah– free chocolate candy & a calendar on Dec. 31^st. is ok but respectful, dignified just treatment of ur patrons would be better. Even after 1 year of patronage I still get rude suspicious looks, questions about my only prescription I bring them & truth be told it’s the easy money they’d make that day but I still wait at least 20 mins. EVERY time I’m there even if it’s empty!!! Really? Sick folk need to get their meds. Then get back in bed not lingering in your store cause you don’t know whether your coming or going! My family & I will be looking for another pharmacy one where we feel appreciated for our business. You deserve no stars Gabriel!
