Boston Market

I love this place. Its in a convenient location that has parking. Friendly, efficient staff and a cozy dining area… not mention the fact that I the food!

Great food, great taste, customer are treated with respect, very clean, and employees are very nice! Going to be back here one day again!

Sunday night 6:15pm we entered the drive through with 4 cars ahead of us. At 6:37 p.m. we got our food. 27 minutes is ridiculous for fast food. they certainly don’t pride themselves on prompt service. And the woman at the drive thru did not even say you’re welcome when I said thank you.

Horrible uncooked chicken. We ordered the three piece dark and in both orders the chickens were pink and undercooked. We went to this location a couple of times before and didn’t have a problem. So we trusted that their cooking was okay. Nope. The place is also dirty, when ordering the sides, very sloppy area, limited options because they ran low on veggies, mash potatoes, etc., the seating area were not cleaned and had wobbly chairs. Very unsatisfied and will never go back.
Update: after this review, the local restaurant manager did call to follow up. He was kind to refund our money. Much appreciated.

Went there today, had the half chicken combo. Service was prompt. Got the half chicken, roasted potatoes, Mac and cheese and corn also. Chicken was very good, flavorful and not too much oil. The Mac and cheese was perfect, nice combo of cheese and Mac. The corn was nothing special just cut corn with some parsley. The roasted potatoes had a very different taste like they put too much dill in with the potatoes. Staff was very pleasant and inviting.

Horrible service and dry chicken.
I went to get some food for my family, but I was told to wait 45 minutes for chicken. When I was finally able to get the chicken, it was way too overcooked. I asked to trade it for a different one, but the employee refused. I even called over the manager to get me a new chicken but I was told to wait another 25 minutes for another one. The manager also acted quite rudely towards me. The employees were talking about me behind my back. When the manager came to give me chicken (about 15 minutes later), it turned out to be the same overcooked chicken I was given before.
I will never, /​ever/​go here again and I will tell my friends to go somewhere else for better service.

This is the first time I have been to Boston Market and I must say I was confused by what it is. I always thought Boston Market was Supermarket similar to Key Food or Pathmark. Instead Boston Market is Like a BBQ spot chicken joint a in & out spot weird concept of you order your food the sides are in front on a glass enclosed display case and bring it to a table if there is a table available because there are about a dozen tables only. I am more of a sit down read a menu kind of guy, but I adapt well when it involves eating.
PROS
FOOD had the chicken and they know chicken Parmesan, BBQ, even chicken flavored chicken. Mash potatoes, red potatoes everything actually was very good. Cornbread gave mine away because I don’t like bread in general, but it was shaped like a small roll heard it was also very good.
SERVICE real nice people who will walk with you to an open table while carrying you food. Extremely polite.

Seating way too small area

Ok so my husband lives by this place and as much as I fight with him lol I have to admit they are pretty darn good. We recently came here and got a family meal plan. Besides it being delicious we had enough for the next day for lunch. MMMMMMMMM the next day the food was just as good as the first. It definitely is a good place for some good food. I have to try the ribs next time.

I just tried their new limited time rib offer. Boston Market gets a lot right — the pot pies, brisket and their chicken, of course, but they should stay away from ribs. It tasted processed and the meat while tender, had a weird spongy texture. Yeah, doesn’t sound too appetizing. Don’t get me wrong, it was edible, but it was definitely missing a fresh, homemade feel. I wasn’t fond of the flavor or the rub either.
Because it’s being offered for a limited time and it’s not going to become part of the regular menu, I’m going to keep my rating the same. BM still does a lot of things right. Just stay away from the ribs.

Part of my job is that I drive around. Currently I am in the bronx a lot. Whenever I am in the area of this Boston market I tend to get something to eat at this location. Food is good, workers are nice. They serve fast. And the dinning area is kept clean. They have a very small parking lot, which gets filled most of the time. That doesnt really matter to me because street parking is very easy. Good food, friendly and fast service, clean dinning area… what else can you ask for?

Attended this Boston Market one early saturday afternoon after a cardio and abs work out with a few friends. This place is awesome! The staff is extremely welcoming and funny. They help you decide on what dishes to choose from and extend massive efforts hospitality.
I ordered the turkey dish with corn, mixed vegetables, string beans, brocoli and corn bread. The dish cames along with only two sides and corn bread. I couldn’t decide between the string beans or brocoli so the attendent actually allowed me to split one extra side with string beans and brocoli so I wont have to pay more for an extra side. And if you ask me, thats pretty cool :-) lol. It also comes with a drink by the way.
After I paid for my meal the cashier actually took my plate to the table where my friends and I were seated. One more time, How awesome is that? lol. I know it’s nothing to extravagant what these employees were doing, however there good will and hospitality goes a long way in my opinion. This is true customer service that will keep me and my friends coming back, the customer service that we will recommend to our other friends and family relatives about this great experience we’ve had here, and the customer service that a lot of other places are lacking. Good job Boston Market Staff :-)
Lastly there’s a large seating area. So feel free to bring as many friends as desired without having the fear of not being able to sit together. The area is very clean and I believe theres a seating attendant who sweeps and wipes tables down constantly.
Will definitely return. Fellow Unilocalers you should stop by for there healthy food selection at an affordable price.

It’s the only one in the bronx! So there’s a lack of options to compared too. In my spook some people out to find out that it’s across the St from a cemetery.

With Mac & cheese and sweet potato
It’s great.
