Really great Thai food. Homemade and fresh. Owned and operated by the nicest family. We had a great birthday party there for my father who introduced the rest of our family to the restaurant.

Wondering why its rating is so good? It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything special. Very small buffet too. Not a whole lot to choose from. I eat at 3 different Thai places back home, and they are all amazing. Maybe I’m just spoiled with spectacular Thai food and people just think this place is amazing. I’m not saying avoid it, but it’s not as advertised.

Came across this nifty joint by searching for good Asian cuisine on Unilocal, and I’m ecstatic that I did! This tastes like I’m sitting down for a fresh home cooked meal every time. I’ve come here 7 times in the last three weeks, and I still love it. Definitely recommend!!! Its small, but everything tastes delicious! Also, the staff is unbelievably friendly and kind. Great place

The selection was small but what they did have was very good authentic Thai. Egg rolls and the chicken with peanut sauce was my favorite. My husband really enjoyed the curry and potato chicken. Try the pork and corn fritters too.

Holy moly, that was delicious! The staff are super friendly and the food is amazing. They use good quality ingredients and it is well reflected in the food. I tried almost everything on the buffet and enjoyed each item. My favorites were the Thai pork patties with peanut sauce, the coconut soup tom kum khai, and the Thai yellow chicken curry. I live in okc so I don’t know when I will be able to come back. Don’t miss out on this gem!

JK’s Thai Buffet is Awesome! My 1st time here and loved it! Very Friendly and Family atmosphere! The food was Fresh and Delicious! The Staff(Wimara and Megan) did a Superb job. Ms. Jk(Owner/Cook) know how to run a business from the Hospitality to the Kitchen then to Your Stomach! Recommend that anyone in the area eat at JK’s Thai Buffet! Once you eat here you won’t go anywhere else for Lunch or Dinner!

This place is a hidden gem in a shopping center that has seen better days. So in Oklahoma buffets are the thing, especially in Asian food. I’m reluctant to eat at Asian buffets because I’ve been to too many bad ones. This buffet is modest, probably offering about 10 different main dishes: they offer two soups consistently, a noodle dish, satay, pad grow paw, and a few other items that rotate through. Everything is prepared fairly fresh for a buffet; they make small batches of food as they begin to run out. It’s owned and operated by a friendly Thai family. Food is well prepared and if you want to crank it up to Thai hot just ask for some peppers.

The food is wonderful, made from scratch. The owner(a caucasian male) is like a fifth wheel, but he knows enough to keep out of the way, and make small talk with some of the caucasian diners. And yes, he does bring the bill and the mints around at the end. Back to the food: real home made thai food, made by real thai people, not unfortunate illegal immigrants from some latin american country. Everything including the sauces made from scratch. Served with pride and hospitality. In spite of its unfortunate name, THISSHOAIN’T NOBOOFET. And I ain;t Just Kidding.

JKs has become our favorite restaurant in Tulsa since moving here last year. Don’t let the small size fool you, if you get there and one of the items is low that means Momma is just about to fill it up with freshly made. The chicken satay with peanut sauce is amazing, the beef stir fry just the right amount of spicy, spring rolls are out of this world. And as great as the food is they are topped by the friendly family service J gives every time we come through the door. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This was my second time visit. First time it was an expansion, they recently expand their restaurant. They are always look clean, take care of around the buffet tables. I always satisfy after I dine here. Foods are of course good but ladies who works over here are really nice! Ladies who works here are always smiley and welcome you. They take care of you when your glass gets empty or when your plates get done they will clean up from your table before you come back from getting your another plate. I love their chicken stick and I tried little spicy chicken cake! They are AWESOME!!! They cook their foods fresh all the time so they don’t set their on their buffet table. You can enjoy fresh thai foods on every plates you will get!

This place was a lot smaller than I was expecting. The Buffet is 12 pans on a buffet platform and three of them are soup. Everything tasted very good and was reasonably priced. Yellow Curry, Pad thai and a Beef dish pretty much round out my lunch. The service was outstanding. We were greeted at the door with a cheerful, «Welcome to JK’s can I get you something to drink?» Then pretty much just hit the buffet until you’re stuffed, pay your check and that is it for JK’s.

Our family’s favorite restaurant, good for almost any occasion. The garlic beef is axing, great veggies, very nice spring and egg rolls, and of course wonderful Pad Thai. And all included on the buffet!!!

Want a hidden gem? You found it. Simple and hidden this is J. K.‘s. Mrs. J. K. is in the back cooking fresh yummy Thai food. The buffet is tiny but packs more than what is needed. This stuff is fresh, they cook it as needed. Get all you want for $ 8.99. Of all the Thai places I have had this ranks up there and for the Buffett price and treats this is a deal.

For the past year I have been searching for really good Thai food places, but here in broken arrow there is a Thai food buffet with great customer service, food is top quality, seating is a little limited for now, but they are expanding very soon! Every time my partner, his mom and I go in we are greeted with a nice smile and very welcoming. They always ask how we are doing, they try to keep up to date with all there customers. My partner and I recently went on a round trip to California and back. We visited Thai town there with a friend. The food there was okay nothing really special. So coming back to broken arrow and having JKTHAIBUFFET we soon realize how much we missed our home Thai food. The owner of the restaurant knows us very well, always remembers what we like to drink. We told her about our experience going to Thai town, and she was very happy to to hear that her restaurant brings us back and happy. I personally love all type of food, but this buffet definitely hits the spot. You all should come and try it, very very good, and I most definitely will be coming back on every Tuesday.

THISIS *THE* THAIPLACE. After my initial five-star experience, I’ve continued to return to JK Thai and keep finding more and more reasons to come back for my «Thai Tuesdays»: 1) The buffet is small but dedicated to serving some really dynamite dishes. Even when I’ve visited during hours I’d think might not be the best time of day, they’ve delivered in a big way. I think I’ve tried everything on the buffet and never once has anything been off-note or even mildly disappointing. The food is great and I can’t imagine anyone getting tired of the options on the buffet. 2) Amazingly warm and friendly service. This place feels intimate and close– yes, partially because it is a very small place– but also because the staff makes an effort to really make all customers feel welcome and well attended to. 3) There’s still a menu. There’s some things to try and order, though honestly I have yet to steer away from the spectacular buffet. Soon I’ll try some other options from the menu, but I feel like I’ll be satisfied for years to come. 4) The price is right. Around ten dollars gets you a full belly that«sits right» as my momma would say. During a recent trip to California, I couldn’t find Thai food that beat the options offered by JK Thai and upon returning to Oklahoma, it’s the culinary thing I miss the most. Unilocalers! Check in here and ask for red ticket! Anybody and everybody! You’ll get a punch card– buy ten buffet meals and you’ll get the eleventh FREE!

I wanted to like this because I love small buffets that make a small number of quality dishes. I would rather go to one of those buffets over a huge buffet with 100+ items that are bad/mediocre. Based on the reviews here, I was very hopeful. I came here on a weekday lunch after working a long night shift, so I was very excited. When I arrived, there was only one party of 3 or 4 eating there. The buffet was small and looked so depressing. There was so little amount of food per dish that I decided to pass on the buffet. I understand that with so few people eating, why have a fully stocked buffet? But that also means I was skeptical about how long that food was sitting out there. The trays had so little food in there that I thought they were closing down. I ended up ordering off the regular menu which was very limited. I ended up ordering fried rice was very bland and did not taste Thai at all. I think it was really overpriced for $ 9. I ended up bringing 2⁄3 of it home. I never really brought myself to finish it though. I do think that this place has excellent service though. I asked if pineapple was in the fried rice, but it wasn’t, so they customized my order for me. I really appreciated their friendliness as well. I wanted to love this place, but I was just not impressed by the food.

Love this place! I have only been here during lunch, and had the buffet. That said, the food is always fresh and tasty and light on the wallet. ** If you like spicy, ask them for a side of fish sauce with Thai chili’s in it… Get ready to sweat!
