Brunch-thusiasts! I visited Franklins for the first time. This place will have any brunch-thusiast going back for more. They have a variety of options to choose from(from eggs, to crepes and sandwiches) in their menu. They also have a variery of mimosas that can’t be missed when you visit. The place looks very clean and the employees were super friendly. I truly enjoyed my visit to this place, good food and good mimosas. Couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely become a regular at this place!

With a name like Franklin’s that serves BBQ you’ve got some mighty BIG shoes to fill. The BBQ was ok not really anything special. I liked the atmosphere. It was like a bar that served above average bar food. The place was really really loud. If you want to drink and then get some decent food not a bad choice but if you’re going for just the BBQ there are better option in BA. The menu was very creative and had some combinations on it that you would never think to put together. Give it a try and see for yourself.

They have very good sandwiches and burgers. Also a good selection of cocktails. Will be back.

Eaten here twice in the last couple of weeks, the food is fabulous and if you see anything with a Pig product, wait for a taste explosion. I’ve been at the bar both times, the service and the cocktails are sublime. It’s very popular so you may have to wait a little to get a seat, but believe me it’s worth it… I have travelled world wide and this resonates with my taste buds, give it a shot and you’ll be rewarded. Excellent food! Had the small platter, split between 2 of us with plenty of leftovers. Can’t wait to back!

Not one to hand out 5 stars lightly, but the food here definitely earned it. I get it I am just a Michigan Yankee here on vacation but I have been around and have to say this is some great barbecue. We came here with local family that raved about the place and I can say without reservation that it lived up to all of what they described. I read some of the reviews concerning poor service and I can say that our waiter was very good and attentive to everything we needed. For those concerned with«ambiance» let’s not get ahead of ourselves and forget that this is a bar that serves barbecue so I thought the place was really appropriate and appointed the right way. I made my family promise me that we would make a stop here every time I come back to visit!

Long story short… don’t go to a bbq joint for shrimp boil… complete disappointment and honestly for 13 $ I could make a much bigger and more tasteful boil. Service was whack but Zack was awesome and I would go back for his services… Rebecca on the other hand needs to take a course in customer service and learn not to talk negative about customers or their experience/request when they are in earshot, then come to the table with a fake smile and a lame ass excuse. I’ll go back to try the bbq and hope that the experience is better.

This was our first visit. Both the food and service were great. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and knowledgable about the menu. We split the stuffed pork chop and meatloaf sliders. It was all so good. I was very impressed with both. Very seldom can I eat out without having to add salt and pepper to my food, because it’s under seasoned. Tonight, I didn’t even think about it. It was all seasoned perfectly. Will definitely go back.

Seat yourself, but seating options were sub par. No good seating for two people, either bar, take up a large table or a mini table. Great TV, bar area and cute little restaurant, but that’s about as far as it goes. Ordered a beer, bar tender took order and completely forgot about us. In order to get service, we moved away from the bar and waited for waiter. *there is no dress code for waiters, this meant they were hard to find and wearing a variety from see through shirts, tank tops, to ratty jeans. I felt this just took away from the establishment* Once we got our food, like the table next to us, we had to find out own silverware by asking the bar. Food was good. Over priced for the amount, but tasted good. That was the only redeeming part of this experience.

Pretty cool atmosphere and good BBQ. The brisket was the best and enjoyed the seasoned fries. They are very seasoned by the way. The ribs were super smokey but still ok. Sausage was above average too for the plater.

looks like the rose district is coming right along. this used to be a pub/grill but now it got switched out with this, connected to a brunch/breakfast spot called«toast». I ordered their franklin’s Cuban. pork shoulder, house Canadian bacon, Swiss cheese, pickled mustard seed bread & butter jalapeños & mango ketchup. the ketchup & jalapeño was what caught my attention. the sandwich was full of flavor, whether it was the ketchup, the pork shoulder or jalapeños. it was sweet & tangy but not too sweet. I subbed the fries for their chipotle mac & cheese & it was pretty good. good sized sandwich. this was needed in the area, they don’t really have any bbq spots to choose from. they also have a plethora of drinks to choose from as well.

Good food. Shitty service… Horrible at moving people in and out… Confused, the hostess was tending bar! Total chaos… If you have a few hours to eat, this is your place… If not, PASS!

I wish I could give Franklin’s 5 stars, the fact that I’m giving it 4 stars just goes to show you how good the food is. I know Franklin’s is new, so I’ll cut them some slack, but their front of house service is a mess. If you come in the Franklin’s door, there isn’t a hostess stand, hostess, or even a sign to tell you to wait to be seated. You can see into the Toast restaurant(because they are joined by a doorway) and see a hostess stand, and a few people sitting on benches. We tried to make eye contact with the bartender, a bus boy, and a waitress, and none of them would acknowledge us, or the couple in front of us. After about 10 minutes a waitress came up, asked our name, and then walked into the Toast lobby and put our name in the book on the hostess stand. We then waited for about another 10 minutes. During that time, 4 people from the bar stole an empty table, and three couples came in, waited around and left when no one was there to explain the process. Eventually we got seated and our waitress was extremely nice and helpful. The service during the meal was great, our drinks rarely were empty and the food came out relatively quickly. The food was amazing and well worth all the chaos and waiting. My wife and I split their pulled pork sandwich and the prime rib sandwich. Both were delicious. The truffle oil fries that come with the sandwiches were great as well, although they were a little heavy on salt. I’ll definitely be a regular, but if they want to win over people they are going to have to get a hostess, because we saw 3 – 4 other couples come into the restaurant and leave after we were seated when no one would go up and talk to them.

To be honest, this has been the best BBQ i have had since i have been in OK. The meat was nice and tender with a good smokey flavor, but the best part was the extrodinary bark on everything! The ribs were nice and tender, brisket was cut thin and melted in your mouth as well! Now on to the appetizers… holy smokes were they great! We had avacado caprese and mexican street corn dip! I can honestly say they were two of the best appetizers I have had the opportunity to put in my stomach! So much flavor out of the simple dishes! The atomosphere is good, but kind of has a sports bar feel with all the TVs playing football, but dont let that detract from how awesome this place is! **Warning, if you dont eat meat, this is not the place for you, near everything on the menu has meat in it**

If you love to support local, and appreciate a real chef, stop on in and enjoy! Try the burger with egg on top, it comes with truffle fries that are amazing! See my review of Toast for more details. Oh and try the Bowl of Green if you’re in the mood for some spicy green chili stew. It’s full of juicy pulled pork.

A new place to eat in Broken Arrow. We started with fresh Pork Rinds, they did not last very long. I also had the fried egg pros belly burger. Fantastic. I can’t wait to see how this new menu develops.

I had the fried egg & smoked pork belly burger. It was amazing, any fan of bacon and red meat would love it. The service was impeccable, we were greeted upon walking and had our drinks in no time at all. I will defiantly be back and may even try toast the brunch place next door tomorrow.
