If you haven’t been to the Broken Arrow Community Playhouse, you need to make this a priority. It could be family fun, date night, or ladies’ night out. It’s a bit quaint(was an old church), so you don’t have to dress up. But the entertainment is excellent. I went to see Tulsa! A Radio Christmas Spectacular. It was very funny and highly entertaining. The acting was very good, especially for community theater. The set design was simple, but set the mood appropriately. And the script was hilarious. My only problem was that I sat in the front row on the far side, so I had to turn my neck to see the left part of the stage. In addition, the keyboard was on my side and I couldn’t always hear the actors. It wasn’t enough to ruin my show, but I will look for a more center seat next time. Afterwards, they served hot cocoa and gave out candy canes. There was time to interact with the actors if you chose to. My husband and I enjoyed our time here and will be looking forward to another show in the near future.
