Followed my orthopedic doctor from Quincy to here… ample parking, large clean waiting areas, friendly staff… glad I found my doctor here.

How is it if my Dr can’t see me I’m pushed off to urgent care for an appointment 9 hours later. how is that urgent. I sat on hold forgotten about clearly and when I did finally get someone she actually sighed very loudly in my ear. I previously had a less than stellar experience with urgent care but I thought eh maybe it was just me… nope my feelings are confirmed the urgent care at signature health is a waste of time and energy

The lady I deal with at the front desk was very nice and kind, she told me her name is melody. very friendly place and the Dr’s were very friendly as well manner.

The one Neurologist they have there is arrogant, rude, and dismissive. As a patient who was diagnosed with Traumatic Brain Injury, I went there due to balance problems and painful head pressure. I was dismissed by this so-​called Doctor as someone who was just aging and told these things are expected at 62. I left there feeling worse than when I went in. But keep in mind, the Nurse Practitioner who saw me the day before, believed it was serious enough to get me into the Dr. the next day. No she did not do much of an exam and did not want to take the time to get to the root cause of my problems. Now I am trying to find real medical care with a decent doctor.

This place is awful. They don’t reserve any appointments for sick visits they just push you off to their «urgent care» so you can sit in a crowded waiting room for hours and catch whatever everyone else is there for. Pretty much the only way to see your doctor is to schedule a physical 3 mouths out. As for as the receptionists… I have never once had an experience with then where I wasn’t rushed off the phone or thrown on hold without any mention if it. They speak to you as if you have so rudely interrupted their day by calling and actually asking a question. They are the rudest bunch of woman I have ever had to deal with. This is especially unexceptionable for a professional setting such as this.
