I used this company years ago and they did an ok job. I have called them a couple of times since then and have also visited their showroom. To me, they don’t seem that interested in my business. That’s fine. I will go elsewhere. I am glad business is so good for them that they don’t need to provide any kind of customer service when you call them on the phone or visit their showroom.

I am so glad that I chose Paramount Rug. I had a few estimates given to me for a new kitchen floor. Some contractors wanted to just put a new floor over our old one, easier and cheaper but I just knew this was not the way to go. I dealt with Joanne, she is a no nonsense salesperson who gave it to me straight. We needed to have the old kitchen floor removed, have a new sub floor installed and THEN the new floor gets installed. This was as Joanne explained, what was needed to be done to ensure the floor did not start to lift over the years.
I picked out a great floor, the pricing was excellent and the installation was also, excellent. Save yourself some time, pick the best!
