Will never again do business with bloodsuckers like this, purchased a Sony-​VRD-​MC6 DVDIRECT paid top dollar then less than 5 – 6 months later they implied the thing was worthless told me it was out of date & reluctantly offered me $ 10.00 for it. They would not give me a lone against it as collateral. Secondly times are tuff lots of pain & worry so I managed to buy a couple of gold coins & silver coins thinking of investment value well when your living on $ 900.00 a month your going to go hungry, they would not loan me more than 240.00 for $ 1400.00 worth of gold & silver that took me years to purchase. Then when the @@@@ has hit the wall & you cant take any more you’ve had enough. You decide to sell well what do you get in your time of need for $ 1400.00 worth of gold & silver coins? They gladly stole them for the paltry sum of $ 400.00 they did ask once if I was sure if I wanted to sell, oh I wanted to sell I didn’t want to be hungry or broke for another day. Well it’s another day & I now have to live with the burden of a bad decision thankfully there was a place I could go to get @@@@@@ !!! Do not support HR766-​House Bill

What an outstanding group at Ideal! Friendly, easy to work with, and I got a good (great!) deal on a dream guitar. Shipping was VERY quick, and I was very impressed with how nicely it was packed, and that they understood NOT to ground ship an expensive music instrument… Like it wasn’t just «some guitar in a pawn shop», but a real important purchase for the buyer. Communications back and forth were clear, concise and professional, and they were quick to let me know the details and tracking information regarding the shipment.

We had some gold, diamond, and silver to hock, and this place was local. It’s a pawn shop, there’s not much to say about it, but their service was relatively fast and easy, but EXTREMELY secure, with biometric fingerprint security. I feel that we may have been a bit lowballed, but that’s what happens when you don’t want to barter! I am just glad we got rid of some useless stuff, and got a few bucks! They do have some nice jewelry for sale too :)
