Horrible, rude service. Charging me $ 149 for not showing up on time, and when finally the workers showed up, they didn’t do any cleaning because the tube was broken. One of the workers was out of breath climbing up to the second floor.

I wish I could give zero stars. They ripped and crushed my dryer vent and when I realized that I called them but they denied all responsibility. It seemed clear that they wouldn’t do anything, so I paid someone else to fix it. Then they called and said that they would come and fix it but that was after I had already paid someone else. Then the guy yelled at me and told me it was my fault for not letting them fix it and there was nothing he could do. Their posting says «100% guarantee or money back.» Don’t believe it. Stay away.
