Bristow, OK

Bristow has one of the best school systems in Oklahoma, which isn’t saying much. But if you HAVE to live in OK, then you should consider putting your kids in this school district. Broken Arrow also has good schools but that’s about it.
Bristow seems to be trying a little too hard sometimes. My son is in the second grade and he has spelling words like «horrendous, universal, procrastinate, superstitious, and many others that are just as ridiculous. They have spelling bees and math competitions and many other things to have your child try harder to get more praise from parents. Of course they always try and get money from the parents from cheap gimmicks they send home with the kids.
