I had a problem with my hot tub leaking from a water line behind the moto massage. I called Scarrit’s and the next day a service man came to my house and within an hour and one half found the leak and had it fixed. He also fixed the moto massage jet that had stopped working. The repairman explained what he had found broken and kept me informed of how he would fix the problem. He cleaned up all the foam insulation that had to be removed to gain access to the leaking pvc line and left no mess for me to clean up. After waiting a week to make sure that nothing was leaking they returned and replaced the foam insulation and left the spa back in the condition it was before the repair. Good job Steve.

First they delivered a used, dented, stained, hot tub when we purchased and paid for a new one. Made them leave and get the right tub we purchased. They delivered the new one, but some of the side panels were damaged. 4 months later we come home to our back yard patio trashed with plastic, shards of sharp wood, plastic, and sharp screws. The stairs to it were removed. None of the panels were fixed, but more were broken(see pictures). It looked like a sabotage… But no, a pool and spa company did this damage and didn’t even warn us they were coming. You would think an owner to a company of work like this would be apologetic but he said there’s «two sides to every story» and«we don’t make the panels». Did I mention ever since they«worked» on it the lights in the tub dont work? Save your time, money, and frustration. Go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not call them for service. They replaced a bunch of parts on my hot tub that I did not need. When I called them out on it, they came and took back the unnecessary parts but said that I still owed them for the labor cost for installing and removing the unnecessary parts. I talked to the owner about the labor cost and caught him in two separate lies that he was trying to sell me on. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. This company does NOT put the customer first. Also, it seems as if they try to take advantage of those who aren’t knowledgeable about hot tubs.
