Pizza Hut

The restaurant was almost totally deserted when I walked in – only two other tables with people, already eating. I waited at the counter for a few minutes before someone finally came; she told me I could take a seat. I waited another five minutes before someone came to my table. I told her I wanted a personal pan pizza with pepperoni and some water. She told me it would be ten minutes.
A half hour later, *another* server asks me if I’ve been helped. I told him I’d been waiting for a half hour; he calls the original server, who informs me «the cook messed up» and I would have to wait even longer. At this point, I just walked out – I was too hungry to wait any longer. I’m not sure how they screwed up an order that they usually pre-​prepare and put out under heat lamps at other Pizza Huts, but they did. Geez.

Place looks run-​down, their fryer was broke, out of different things we ordered. Not a great experience there.

I ordered lunch from here because it was close. They did not have a small pizza, and the medium was going to be to big. I ordered personal pan pizza. It looked like they cooked it an E-​Z bake oven. I should of just drove to Little Cesar’s and spent the same amount for a better and bigger lunch size pizza. Highly disappointing byes.

Food was hot and good but service was terrible. Our server was nice enough but we never saw her! After waiting a while for drink refills I finally brought them up to the counter to ask for a refill. I was behind a gentleman who had asked to speak with the manager because while he sat waiting for breadsticks he had ordered, another family came in, sat, ordered, and received their breadsticks. After apologizing to him, the manager looked at me standing there with 2 empty cups in my hands and went back behind the line without a word. We never did order the salads we ordered but at least they weren’t on the bill! All around terrible!

Server was nice. I ordered boneless wings and got bone in that was just a mistake than next time server comes out my wife checks them again bone in. Looks like they threw more bone in the plate and gave it back to us. I won’t be going back to pizza hut again
