I have bought many products over the last 4 years online from Lenox including vases and glass stemware. I have been very satisfied with the products. When one of my wine glasses broke, I called to get a new one through their breakage replacement program. When I called, the sales woman on the phone looked up my previous order and told me that Lenox was no longer making that specific glass. I hung up with her and went online to check for myself. The item was still available online so I called back and gave the sales woman the model number. The sales woman told me the breakage replacement program only covers half the cost of the product and that I would need to buy the whole set of four wine glasses. This seemed unreasonable since I only broke one glass. I asked to speak to a manager about the situation and was told one would call me the following day before 5pm. No one from Lenox called. The breakage replacement program is at best misleading and the Lenox customer service is poor.

In my past life of adult times I bought a «First Christmas Together» Christmas ornament in honor of a special year. Lenox is traditional yet classic home décor and housewares. I rate Lenox Corporation four stars due to lack of designs for«First Christmas Together» ornaments.
