Customer service seems to be far and few these days. Angela exceeded my expectations she was great, so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I walked in to see if they could help me print table # cards for my wedding. Within hours she sent me a proof of my vision. I came back the next day to change a couple of things and then she had them printed within 5minutes. The cards are perfect and exactly what I wanted!

Conveniently located, personable staff that are attentive, and lots of variety. There’s not a whole lot to dislike! It’s usually pretty quiet because Prairie Center isn’t usually terribly busy(not at any one time, anyway), but everything is clean and orderly and they actually have some nice deals going on. And be sure to check out the clearance section in the back, especially my fellow teachers! Some nice goodies for killer prices.

Fine for paper. Most of the office products they sell are on recall from their manufacturers, and the staff is both ignorant and shady. The story is filthy, but with few locations between Denver and Fort Collins, this one gets all the Hwy 76 traffic. The irony is, it’s very empty most of the time. The computer repair sign perched in its front window is fraudulent. They do not fix anything. They merely gauge whether or not your unit is «fully functional» or not… if it was fully functional, why would you bring it in? …store manager is a lazy double-talker. The majority of their electronics widgets are either defective off-the-shelf or are overpriced and miss-marked. Yes, cheap thumb drive racks on the store’s cashier line. Big Lots carries the same crap. Return policy is a double-edged sword. If you open it, you own it, whether it’s compatible for not. Tech people are self-appreciating morons. The coupons are purposely printed with validation windows of time, sent out weeks before one can use them… a shameless ploy. Worked there for one season. Single worst job I ever had. And I’ve dug ditches. Update 2016: the merger with Office Max was a healthy thing. The iPad made their office center slightly irrelevant. This location’s manager, Jeremy Lupton, should have been fired long ago. Over glorified stockboy who uses a weak division II bachelor’s degree to sit in the back office and play video games all shift long. Anything you find on a shelf here can be found cheaper on Amazon — with a no-questions-asked Return policy. WalMart now has a superior selection of just about everything else. For office furniture, Kohls or IKEA.

Office Depot is a chain store, so you’ll find what you expect to find in a chain store. The store isn’t very crowded these days, but there is plenty of help if you go to the store looking for something in particular. Of course, you’ll be paying public improvement fee if you buy at this store, but that’s part of shopping at Praire Center. Got to pay off that build up that they did. Still, it is nice to have an office supply store nearby if you need something for a project. Also, since there are other stores nearby, you can try combining trips and picking up supplies you might need while doing other shopping. I’ll probably go back to this store, but usually only because I’ll be visiting other stores nearby.
