We hired Cyril as the general contractor on a renovation/​addition project in Brookline. He was very understanding about working within our budget, and also good at collaborating with an architect we chose, whom he hadn’t worked with before. The work of his team of subcontractors was very high quality, and in one or two instances when we weren’t happy with something, Cyril was quick to deal with it. He was very helpful at pointing us to vendors (like tile wholesalers and cabinet companies) that he’d used before, and we had a good experience working with them. Cyril came to us highly recommended by a good friend who’d hired him to rehab a single family house in Cambridgeport, and we’d recommend him just as highly to anyone we know. He’s an honest guy, unflappable, and good at cracking the whip to get things done.

I used Cyril’s services when I purchased my condo back in ’04 when I was single. My place needed a lot of updating in the kitchen, bathroom, and new hardwood flooring. My closets also needed new doors and shelving. Cyril and his men did great work, were prompt and reliable, and did not charge me an arm and leg. Even my husband, who is a carpenter, says he did great work.
