I just called and got the worst service ever. A pizza I ordered was sent on delivery over 45 minutes ago when the delivery time said it was between 15 – 20 minutes. When I called the store the woman who answered the phone was so rude and condescending. She told me it wasn’t her problem the delivery time was wrong and that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I’m never ordering from this store again.

I can’t even begin to express my disappointment with this Domino’s location. After my experience last night, it is the second time in 2 months where they cancelled my order or simply did not deliver it!!! The first time I complained and was offered a free pizza. I tried to redeem it last night and was told it would arrive in 40 minutes. An hour later it had not arrived. I called the store and the manager explained there was a delay because the delivery person’s car broke down, and I should expect my order to be delivered within 5 minutes. I had waited an hour and a half when I decided to call back again and the line was busy. Called 10 minutes later and was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. I never received a call back or any explanation, let alone my ORDER. They better do something to make this right, because at this point I am never returning to Domino’s.

Ordered two pizzas from here to quench my random Domino’s craving, and it was just terrible. The pizza was so under cooked that the crust was still very doughy and soft. Won’t order from here again and will stick to Pino’s.

My experience with Domino’s has been excellent so far. Always ordered online and picked up by myself. Customer service was very good. Pizza was very good. One thing I noticed was that when I ordered two pizzas, one always was less browned than the other. Apart from that the toppings were always in generous amounts and tasted good. The oils and powders on the crust tasted fantastic. If I crave pizza, I’ll choose Domino’s in this neighbourhood.

Got to me super fast and still really hot-and its friday night at 9:30. The delivery man was EXTREMELY nice even when he went to the building next door-my fault I didn’t specify my exact entrance. Will definitely be ordering from this store again. I get it, it’s Domino’s, but I felt compelled to write a review because of the nice deliver man.

Lord the absolute audacity of these people. Service was very poor and by the time the pizza had gotten to me it was stale. Wonder if dominos uses actual ingredients or just factory food…

Zero stars. This was by far the absolute worst pizza ordering experience of my existence. As I’m writing this I’m on the phone trying to call the store to see the status of my order and this is my sixth time calling with no answer at all. It just rings and rings and rings. And then every once and a while there will be a busy tone. I don’t see how that makes any sense because they obviously NEVERANSWERTHEPHONE. We’ve been waiting for delivery for over and hour now with no answer or eta in sight. I don’t want to pay for this pizza, I don’t want to tip the driver, I want nothing to do with this dysfunctional store. Absolutely horrible.

Listen, I understand its 4⁄20 and Marathon Monday. So they canceled my order earlier and told me to order later. Which I did. But why say the order has been delivered and then keep me on hold for 20 minutes when all I want to know is, where the hell is my food? If you are slammed at your store you’re slammed, but don’t say you’ve delivered a product that you haven’t. EDIT By the way, two hours later, and still nothing. Its Brighton/allston, take your chances with literally any other delivery joint. Fuck this place.

I have been ordering from this Domino’s in Brighton for 9 months almost weekly or twice a week. I always carryout. One time the pizza was not cut all the way. Not a big deal. And one time they forgot to brush the crust. SO That is like a 98% Perfect Ratio. Super Friendly Staff Like Always! Thanks Again! I will be back for sure. These workers are making guests return.

Two hours and waiting. They quoted one hour. Told us the pizza was on the way 30 minutes ago and would be here in minites. Still waiting. Oh, and they will not answer their phone so that we can cancel dinner and go to bed instead. We have to work tomorrow and are certainly not planning on waiting until 11 for dinner. And, they just hung up on our hold call, NOT recommended.

BAD delivery. I have been ordering from Dominos for a long while now. I like their online ordering system, and the tracker too. As for this outlet, the order arrived an hour after sending me an email stating expected delivery time to be 15 – 20 minutes. When the delivery guy came, his response was that he just works there. No accountability. The food had gone cold, and I didnt enjoy my meal at all. I wasted 20 $ on this pathetic store, a mistake I would never repeat again.

If I could give this place no stars I would but the customer service i recieved from the manager was really great. But every time I place an order it is wrong I complained about it once and was nicly reached out to and given my next order for free. Thinking maybe a third time is a charm I ordered once more from dominoes.. .. Of course my order was wrong they forgot the breadsticks and this pizza toppings were close but not what we had ordered. It was disappointing dont order from here unless you want to guess with your order.

I have been a regular customer of Dominos up till now. Altho i love their Pan pizza and most of their products, the customer service of this particular store is simply unacceptable. Altho their system usually reports 25 to 35 minutes of waiting from placing an order to enjoying your pizza, the time usually varies from 35 to a well over an hour and a half. I understand the pizza tracker system is faulty, and does not take into consideration how busy a store actually is, but my last experience was simply unacceptable. I placed an order on Saturday night, 07÷20÷13, 10.53PM, where according to their website, this specific branch delivers until 3AM. Needless to say, I waited, and waited, and waited some more. Tried calling the store, no response on ALL my phone calls. It was only after I checked my credit card transactions that I saw they actually cancelled my order, and of course never bothered calling me to inform about their actions. Next day, 07÷21÷13, Sunday at 1.15PM, decided to give them another chance(as i said, I really like some of their stuff). Putting my bad experience from the previous night aside, i placed my order. Same deal again. Waited, and waited, and waited some more. Tried calling a couple of times, same response, «the phones are not ringing in the store» Finally, after an hour and 40 minutes?, the delivery girl finally delivered my items. Of course the delivery driver was not to blame, since she was obviously by herself on a Sunday afternoon, at rush hour. Dominos HQ should really look into the management of this particular branch. For the time being, they lost another loyal customer. ***Update 09/15/14*** Updated rating to 3 stars, service is still a hit or miss, their delivery personnel tho has apparently changed and most of their new drivers to my recent experience are cool and courteous.

First of all let me start off with the ridiculous price of a 16 dollar small pizza. Second, I waited almost 2 hours for the pizza to arrive at my place and they did not offer an apology. The delivery man instead told me it wasn’t their fault because someone took my pizza and signed my credit card receipt but the ridiculous bulled lie was that I TOLDTHERESTAURANT I WAS going to fully pay with cash. Not to mention I called the restaurant about the process of my pizza and why it took 2 hours for it to come and they never mentioned anything about a mix up or misdelivery of my food. So I will take my business to other local pizza shops instead. DON’T ORDERFROMHERE.

Previously, I posted a critical review about this Dominos location. In the past, I had lots of problems with late delivery, inaccurate orders, and poor customer service. I actually resolved never to order from here again. This February, I was craving Dominos’ delicious handmade pan style pizza, so I decided to give this location another try. Service was quite good, so I ordered from this location several other times since then. This location has really turned things around. Delivery is quick, orders are accurate, and customer service is friendly and accommodating. I don’t know what changed here, but this place has transformed from almost always getting orders wrong last fall to being near perfect this spring. Kudos to their management for improving things.

This place gets another F from me. Ordered two pizzas and a cheesy bread. After waiting an hour and a half, I hadn’t received my food yet, so I called. The woman on the phone was really rude, and put me on hold mid sentence… TWICE. The food arrived cold. They apologized and told me that they were short staffed and were training new people. All they could offer me was a free pizza. You can keep your free pizza. I’d rather NOT deal with that witch from hell. I hope that woman wasn’t their trainee because they’d be murdering their business by keeping her employed.

Shame on me for thinking it was acceptable to order Domino’s after college… We ordered a thin crust pizza & boneless chicken ‘special’. It was fairly cheap(surprise surprise), but you get what you pay for. The pizza was miniscule and unappetizing — barely a step up from a microwave Celeste — and the chicken was a handful of glorified chicken nuggets. No wonder it’s up to extremely drunk people to support this business.
