Anissa photographed my wedding and the photos are absolutely awful — I cried when I saw them. I have contacted her on more than one occasion to discuss both the quality and the content of the photos, and she has not returned my calls or emails. She did not photograph us saying our vows, the «I Do», the first kiss, the recessional (us and wedding party), the photo of us being announced at the reception is so grainy it looks like it’s made of sand… I could go on and on. I am so heartbroken by the lack of professional courtesy, the fact that she will not follow up with me, and that my wedding day photos are horrendous.
