My experience has been awful, dispatchers can’t talk and listen to the customers. When i called dispatcher was rude to me and hung up. If them don’t need customers so why they working

My experience has been awful. Dispatchers and most drivers are very rude and nasty. On more than one occasion, I had to wait one hour or more for a pickup after being told that a driver would be picking me up in 8 minutes!!! Basic customer service is totally unknown to them.

My experience with Seaside Car service located in Brooklyn around Coneylsland ave, has been absolutely awful! They take 15 – 20 to show up! & The dispatchers & drivers have been rude, disrespectful and very nasty. I’ve used them about five times and that is more than enough for me. I’ll will not patronize this business as they have absolutely no concept of GOOD customer service.
